Page 2 Launch of VoSCA-F3 Vocational Style & Career Assessment As YourLifePurpose Limited continues to strive for new developments, we have been working with our Psychometric partner in Canada (PsychTests Inc.) in order to further develop one of our assessments which will be specifically directed to Form 3 students of the Caribbean to help them more accurately select their subjects for Form 4 and beyond. How does it work? The first step in the recommended Career Coaching process for each Form 3 student would be the completion of the Psychometric assessment entitled Vocational Style and Career Assessment for Form 3 Students of the Caribbean (VoSCA-F3). On completion, our assessment center will generate a 45-page PDF report which will consist of a list of 10 main careers that fit the student s career interests, intelligence types, work styles and values. There are also 10 additional careers in the report for the student to consider as possible choices. Each of the recommended careers will show the required CSEC school subjects which should be taken in order to achieve their chosen career(s) in the future. The students will then meet with our Career & Life Coach Mr. Anthony Hadeed for a Career Coaching session(s) where they will discuss the results of the VoSCA-F3 report. This can be done in either a one-on-one basis or in a Group Coaching format in the classroom. The goal of these Career Coaching sessions is for the Form 3 students to review the information for the various careers recommended for them in the report, do some research of their own, and then settle on a shortlist of careers that they want to focus on.

Page 3 Typically, the shortlist should consist of 5 to 8 careers of interest. The careers on the Form 3 student s shortlist should fit into the orange cube in the diagram shown to the left. This assessment and the Career Coaching session would give students a head start in choosing the right career(s) and associated CSEC school subjects. It would also be much easier for them to complete their academic life which will now be more aligned to their values, intelligence and personality.

Page 5 Featured Assessment getting to know more about an assessment you would like to take or recommend for someone LEAP (Leadership Potential Assessment) Excellent leaders bring out the best in the people around them. The following assessment will determine whether a person possesses the personality traits that characterize good leaders, and looks at what techniques he or she would utilize if given a leadership position. This assessment can be the first step in helping organizations select the right people for leadership positions and identifying talents and the factors which might benefit or hamper the person s growth in the organization. Page 6 Business Breakfast Seminar We are hosting another business breakfast seminar on 16 th February 2016, which entitled How can the use of Psychometrics and Coaching in Order to Benefit Your Organisation. This seminar offers business leaders and executives of Human Resources and Recruitment Agencies the opportunity to hear about the key benefits of using Psychometric assessments to assess new employees being hired or even re-positioning of existing employees to better utilize their resources. The Seminar will again be conducted by our certified Career and Life Coaching CEO, Anthony Hadeed, where it will be an open interactive forum on the topics of: What are Psychometric assessments? Page 7 BLOG SPOT by Anthony Hadeed How Life Coaching Can Transform Your Life We live in a world of ever increasing speed and complexity, with technology driving us all to dizzying heights. We all wonder why the quality of our lives is not what it used to be, and we know that something is missing. This is because life was meant to be lived as a balance between the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of our beings. This is how we have been created. It s like a wheel which spins smoothly when all four quarters are evenly weighted. Can this wheel spin with three quarters only, for example, with the emotional piece missing? Sure it can, but only if the weight from the other three quarters (mental, physical, and spiritual) are shifted around to balance the wheel evenly, which means, hiding our emotional issues evenly among the other three aspects of our lives. I also wanted to learn more about my strengths and where I needed to make improvements. Simply put gaining guidance was my main goal at the start of my sessions, and my goals were definitely achieved by the end of my four Career and Life Coaching sessions. My overall experience with YourLifePurpose limited has been a very eye opening one. I was able to succeed at achieving all the goals I set out for myself. Anthony has been a remarkable help to me, his wealth of knowledge and encouragement reminded me of the original plan I created for myself.
