2 DRIVING INNOVATION Capco is a leading global business and technology consultancy dedicated to the financial services industry. They focus on complex change, and excel at the intersection of business and technology, delivering distinctive solutions to help their clients meet targets and overcome the challenges of today and the challenges of tomorrow. Due to Capco s specialisms and area of business, they found themselves competing for candidates with scarce skills in a highly competitive candidate driven market against some of the biggest names in technology and consulting. In this war for talent, finding the perfect candidates to fill niche skills roles is never going to be easy. That s why Capco considered their position as being at the forefront of innovation within their field and recognised that they needed to be doing something jut as innovative when it came to attracting and interacting with potential future talent. To achieve this, Capco introduced the Meet & Engage platform into their recruitment process.
3 INNOVATION PARTNERS It was fantastic to get the opportunity with future colleagues before starting to be able to understand better what to expect when we start. - Capco Chat Participant As a business and technology consultancy, technology and innovation is key for Capco and introducing the Meet & Engage platform has allowed the brand to truly innovate its recruitment processes. Capco introduced Meet & Engage group chats to give candidates the opportunity to join Q&A sessions with business leaders and innovate the recruitment process to keep candidates fully engaged. They hosted chats that focussed on specialist areas and as a result have been able to share their vision, expertise and culture without pushing a traditional and out-dated recruitment message. Participants had the opportunity to share their knowledge and ideas with likeminded individuals and engage in technical discussions and idea sharing. Capco can collect participant addresses and continue to stay in touch; inviting participants to further live chats, increase brand awareness, and guide them to the Capco careers site as suitable roles become available.
4 Capco hosted chats on the Meet & Engage platform to provide a personal, high-touch process to their candidates which demonstrated their values and culture and kept candidate engagement high. Capco continue to run weekly open Q&A chats that allow candidates to log-on during their lunch breaks or free time and ask any questions they may have to recruiters looking after their process, as well as learn from any information being shared by the guest moderators. These group chats allow participants to see other candidate s questions and be a passive observer as well as an active participant in the chat. Candidates reneging post offer was a major concern and with experienced hire notice periods varying from 1 to 6 months, Capco decided to utilise group chat to stay in touch with new hires during the on-boarding process. It was an ideal solution that allowed Capco to introduce new starters to peers, members of the Leadership Team and other colleagues of interest from around the business. By building relationships early Capco have been able to provide a welcome introduction to their business whilst ensuring candidates join feeling prepared, informed and excited.

Very Good! - Capco Chat Participant After each chat Capco send out an automated Net Promotor Score (NPS) survey to measure the impact their chats are having on candidate s perceptions of the business as a potential employer. Based on global NPS standards, 50 and above is considered to be excellent while 70 and above is considered world class Following the implementation of the Meet & Engage platform and hosting a few chat events, Capco now have an NPS Score of 81. The availability of the chat service prior to an interview is a real advantage compared to applying with other organisations. Instead of walking in to an interview blind, you are provided with an opportunity to ask some preliminary questions around the company and the process enabling you to prepare more appropriately. - Capco Chat Participant
