They will develop outstanding, innovative and creative content for Bournemouth University s UK marketing activity drawing on their excellent level of understanding of the BU portfolio, they will ensure campaign integration and provide consideration for all prospective UK students and stakeholders. Main Responsibilities 1. Develop and manage integrated marketing communications plans to target UK undergraduate and postgraduate audiences, which meet demanding student recruitment targets in the UK market 2. Plan and manage the development of targeted and compelling integrated campaigns and communications, for all student recruitment audiences 3. Plan and produce publications and promotional material to support campaigns, considering the needs of all audiences, including underrepresented groups in H 4. Act as a key contributor for all online and offline content relevant for a UK audience, and to work closely with colleagues in M&C to deliver an effective content editorial plan, including rich content accessible for all audiences
5. Lead the provision of accurate, compelling and comprehensive information about BU in appropriate channels and platforms - monitoring, evaluating and reporting on effectiveness and ROI 6. Recruit, select and train BU students to share the student voice for all student recruitment audiences through rich content. Manage the development and implementation of editorial plans for student-generated content using the most effective platforms and ensuring effective promotion 7. Plan, manage and implement an effective editorial programme for BU s UK student recruitment social media accounts, ensuring content is relevant, engaging and aligns to the UK student journey 8. Work closely with the Corporate Marketing & Liaison Manager to develop and implement targeted, engaging and measurable relationship marketing activities for the UK market to maximise conversion from enquiry to enrolment, successful managing activity through the CRM system 9. Work closely with the UK Marketing and Student Recruitment Manager to ensure that the budget for UK marketing communications activities is robustly planned, managed and reviewed, including to review the ROI of individual activities and to compile recommendations that inform plans for subsequent years 10. Work closely with the UK Marketing and Student Recruitment vents Officer to ensure effective delivery of the UK marketing and student recruitment objectives and to access support from the UK Marketing & Student Recruitment Coordinator, as appropriate 11. Work flexibly, sometimes outside normal working hours.. Support wider BU events in and outside normal working hours, in line with M&C departmental commitments 12. Undertake any other relevant duties as required by the UK Marketing and Student Recruitment Manager.
