Task Specification The purpose of the Position The key aim of the post is to ensure that prospective students receive high-quality information at events, assemblies and throughout the year so that they make an informed choice about their post 16 studies. This will involve working within the Schools Liaison Team (SLT) to provide an innovative and proactive schools liaison service which develops and maintains effective relationships with partner schools, prospective students and their parents. Main duties To prepare and deliver presentations in schools. To liaise with school and College staff in order to: o Organise activities related to the promotion of the College and its courses o Ensure that relevant people in the schools are kept informed about College courses, events and activities To attend College and partner school promotional events e.g. open evenings, careers days etc. To conduct new student interviews.
