Incumbent: Status: Full Time Reports To: State Manager QLD Direct Reports: nil Key Relationships: Fundraising Coordinator Local Fundraising Committees QLD Team Location: Brisbane Purpose of the role: The Senior Fundraising Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, coordination and implementation of fundraising activities to develop existing donors, attract new donors and increase contributions to support Camp Quality s programs in Queensland. You will be required to manage internal and external relationships to drive a strategy that supports year on year sustainable growth of fundraising in the State. Knowledge and Education Qualifications Preferred: Tertiary qualifications in Fundraising Experience & Knowledge Preferred: 3+ years experience in not for profit fundraising Demonstrated knowledge of fundraising standards, practices and guiding principles Excellent oral and written communications skills Demonstrated track record of achieving fundraising targets Superb interpersonal skills and a proven ability to engage in building relationships with supporters Public speaking and presentation skills Success Profile Senior Fundraising Coordinator Page 1 of 5

KEY AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY Revenue Growth and Brand Awareness Plan and execute the State Fundraising Operating Plan (FOP) in line with the national fundraising strategy Shared responsibility to oversee the development, planning and implementation of fundraising activities throughout the State Take a lead role in executing Local Special Events to meet income targets (Radio Auction, Giggle Ball and events specific to region) Donor management including research and cultivation of new donors and prospects Manage Beneficiary events with expected value >$10,000 Manage Sanctioned fundraisers with expected value >$10,000 Achieve fundraising and organisational targets within budget Identify opportunities and prepare new fundraising initiatives >$15,000 Support National events team with major fundraising initiatives Lead local team with brand awareness to increase organisational profile through speaking engagements and media liaison Working with the National Partnerships team to establish and build relationships with key stakeholders MEASURES OF SUCCESS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Achieving net revenue ($) Monitor and control expenses Less than 10% of sanctions in breach Speaking engagements (#) Fundraising Support Groups ($) Increase active Fundraising Volunteers (%) New Fundraising Initiatives ($) Project milestones achieved Relationship Management Donor care of State donors including stewardship and recognition Foster new relationships to increase income streams and brand awareness Coordinate and build relationships with peer to peer fundraisers to grow income (including providing advice and support) Acquire and retain third party fundraising events and provide appropriate levels of support to ensure it meets expectations Develop and maintain relationships with third party fundraisers Support key relationships through active relationship management to increase revenue Support Fundraising Committees to achieve budget Success Profile Senior Fundraising Coordinator Page 2 of 5
KEY AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY MEASURES OF SUCCESS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Recruit, train and coach fundraising and corporate volunteers to achieve high level of performance, safety and cultural alignment Identify leads and engage other revenue streams within CQ Build and grow networks to increase brand awareness Shared responsibility to attend relevant events and build relationships with key stakeholders Compliance and minimising organisational risk Maintains accountability and compliance standards for donors and funding sources. Oversee the compliance of sanction holders in line with Camp Quality fundraising best practice guidelines. Oversee database management of EDH and RE as required Oversee acknowledgement of donors Compliance of all fundraising in region to state / national regulatory requirements Ensure all Risk Assessments are completed and adhered to for all Camp Quality community and major third party fundraising events Reporting and Budgeting Prepare donor reports for State Manager Regular reporting for inclusion State Manager reports Develop and manage a budget for each fundraising activity Accurate budget forecasting and manage overall local fundraising budget Expectations for every Camp Quality employee: Is expected to uphold the Camp Quality Values and Culture through conduct according to the Camp Quality Values and Behavioral Statements Understands and complies with Child Protection monitoring and reporting requirements Takes reasonable care for the health and safety of themselves and others Understands and complies with the CQ Safety Culture & Safety Management Systems Reports hazards and incidents and participates in risk management as required Additional Requirements for this role: Current Driver s License Some out of hours work will be required Some inter/intra state travel will be required Other duties as required from time-to-time Success Profile Senior Fundraising Coordinator Page 3 of 5
