4 General Information & Agreement Please read the following information carefully and sign this vendor agreement. By signing the Sponsor Participant Agreement, you acknowledge that you have thoroughly read and agree to the following regulations: 1) Only activities listed on the application may take place at the event. If a sponsor displays items or conducts activities that were not listed on the application OR has misrepresented items or activities taking place in any way, the festival organizers reserve the right to ask the sponsor/participant to leave the festival and forfeit booth fee. 2) No sales of any kind will be allowed and food/beverage distribution by sponsors is prohibited. 3) The sponsor must be present and fully operational within the designated event space for the duration of the event unless prior arrangements have been made with festival organizers. Soliciting outside of the designated sponsor space is prohibited. 4) Festival set-up/break-down times and booth assignments will be assigned by festival organizers in advance. Booths must be ready 30 minutes before the festival opens and all delivery vehicles must be off-site 15 minutes prior to the event start time. Vehicles may not park in the Old Roswell lot. 5) Tents, tables, chairs and signs are the responsibility of the sponsor/participant unless otherwise agreed upon by the sponsorship coordinator and Special Events Committee. For safety, the City of Alpharetta requires four 40-lb. weights on ALL tents in the event of unexpected weather or wind; one weight must be placed on each tent corner. 6) Since Food Truck Alley is a weekly, outdoor event, cancellations may occur due to inclement weather. We will release information about cancelled events on our Food Truck Alley Facebook page by 3pm on the day of the event. If an event that you are selected to sponsor is cancelled, you may reschedule for a new date in the current season or request a refund. 7) Each sponsorship application is approved through the event committee. Completion of this Sponsorship Application does not guarantee acceptance into the festival for the selected dates, as booth space is limited. The City of Alpharetta s Special Events office has control over the sponsors accepted to the festival and reserves the right to limit booths of similar type. Booth sharing is not permitted. 8) After the Sponsorship Application is received and reviewed, you will receive confirmation of your participation through or mail. All decisions are FINAL. Please understand that we are unable to discuss acceptance or non-acceptance with sponsors by telephone or . Signing of this application confirms receipt of their application and follow through with this process. Payment for booth space will not be processed until the sponsor/participant is accepted to the festival. Booth/application fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the City. 9) Photographs must be submitted with the Sponsors Application, as follows: one (1) photograph of festival booth and/or activities that you will be providing. 10) When applicable, sponsors may provide the city with up to three sentences of copy and a photo, video or link to post to the Food Truck Alley Facebook page. These must be submitted at least one week prior to the date and time the sponsor would like the post to go live. All content announced or posted by the City of Alpharetta must be approved by the City. 11) Electricity and special requests must be submitted in advance on the Sponsor Application. Sponsors requesting electricity must bring two (2) heavy duty outdoor ft. extension cords for each outlet requested and any necessary power strips. All cords must be duct taped to the ground. Special requests accommodations are not guaranteed.

5 12) Sponsors are liable for all scheduling, payment, and safety compliance of third party vendors booked for Interactive Areas. 13) In-kind donations must have an equal or greater retail value than $200 per event. All products and services must be accessible to all attendees for the full duration of the event. Sponsors may select a maximum of two events per season under the in-kind option. 14) Sponsor applications received after the application deadline may or may not be reviewed for acceptance to the festival. 15) City of Alpharetta cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of merchandise. 16) Liability Waiver and Release: I, hereby assume all responsibility for, and risks and hazards of, participation in the rental activity planned by my group. In considerations of the City of Alpharetta providing permission to use the space requested, I, and all members of my rental group, do hereby release the City of Alpharetta, including all officials, officers, employees, sponsors, organizers, supervisors, volunteers, participants, and all other agents, of any and all claims, demands, rights, and causes of action of whatever kind and nature, arising from and by reason of, and all known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen, bodily and personal injuries, damage to property, and the consequences thereof, resulting from participation in the rental activity planned in the City of Alpharetta. 7 Event Overview This local gathering takes place every Thursday evening, April 19 October 11 from 5-9 PM, on Old Roswell Street with a variety of rotating food trucks, live music hand selected by Matilda s, and fun, oversized games. Approximately 7-10 food trucks roll out amazing eats with seating available on the street. Demographics: Families, young business professionals & high school teenagers Average Weekly Attendance: 1,400 Social Media: 16.8K+ Facebook followers Alpharetta Food Truck Alley is presented by the City of Alpharetta, Fork In The Road, LLC. and the Alpharetta Convention & Visitors Bureau. for the most recent weather updates and event cancellations. 8 OPTION 1: 10 x 10 ON-SITE SPONSOR Season Partner (Spring or Fall) - $2,500 Opportunity to promote at 13 events with a reserved 10 x 10 space. Social Media promotion with Facebook mentions twice per month. Additional 20 x 20 event space reserved for a Sponsor Social at one event of choice. Event Partner $200/event Opportunity to promote at one event with a reserved 10 x 10 space. Sponsors may prepay for four or more dates at a discounted rate of $175 per event.

9 OPTION 2: INTERACTIVE AREA SPONSOR Sponsoring an Interactive Area will offer unique marketing opportunities that can be tailored to the sponsor s brand or mission. These partners will be responsible for paying third party vendors directly in exchange for premium benefits, which vary based upon commitment, but may include: Social media promotion on Facebook. A reserved, 20 x 20 on-site event space to host a Sponsor Social at one event of choice during the season; ideal for hosting an employee or client gathering. Opportunities to provide on-site signage and sponsor live stage announcements. The current interactive area needs include, but are not limited to, the following: Moon Bounce weekly Hand Washing Stations weekly Kid s Activity Vendors weekly (e.g. face painter, henna tattoos, bubble play) Cooling/Misting Tent June through August Picnic Blanket Supplier varies Only one industry competitor will be allowed for each function. 10 OPTION 3: IN-KIND DONATION This option is available for sponsors that have a service or product that can be provided to the event in lieu of monetary donation. In exchange, the sponsor will receive a 10 x 10 space to promote and demonstrate business functions. Social media promotion may be included, depending on the level of engagement of the giveback. Some examples include: a gaming truck, hair styling salon, or massage therapy. Food and drink distribution is prohibited.
