Key Sustainability Themes Identified from Interviews and Initial Analysis Three broad themes for GGC s sustainability were identified: Modernization of operations reflecting the need for greater efficiency of existing resources, while also creating the capacity to grow. Diversification of revenue sources tapping a broader range of funding sources to support the ongoing operations of GGC. Pursuit of growth initiatives fulfilling the mission of GGC with an enhancement of its activities so that it can have even greater impact in the years ahead. 15 SC Community Development Association 5
