12 Possibilities for Getting Involved Every company is invited to sign the CPO and/or to contribute Companies which signed the CPO and are ProSTEP ivip member form the CPO Community. They form a strong network of PLM Openness interested people. These companies take actively part within the CPO enhancement process, receive available drafts and submit change proposals etc. Whatever is proposed, these companies form the body who makes the final decision. CPO Community Members receive CPO Implementation Support and elect the CPO Core Team from its midst. The Core Team is the team of people who really drive the CPO enhancement. Companies which signed the CPO and are not ProSTEP ivip member get a kind of interface to the CPO Community. Those companies receive information, so that they can follow what is discussed and planned. Like CPO Community Members, they are listed at the CPO website and receive the contact information of the other CPO representatives. Their feedbacks get evaluated and remotely - they will be taking into the related discussion loop and see how there feedbacks find their way into the CPO and how. Others (PLM World), which do not take position for PLM Openness, are called to participate and/or to provides feedback. Those feedbacks are treated as being sent from anonymous individuals. If the feedbacks are worth to think about, it could be that they will be discussed (either to be considered or rejected).
