2 Overview teamplay is a network that brings together healthcare professionals in order to advance medicine and human health in a team effort. By connecting medical institutions and their imaging devices, teamplay aspires to create the biggest virtual imaging team in the world and provide its members with tools to tackle big data and the challenges of increasing cost pressure. The cloud-based solution will help you make fast and well-informed decisions by offering an intelligible overview of your performance data. It monitors quantities such as dose levels and usage information for your entire scanner fleet down to every device regardless of manufacturer, simplifying reporting and showing you where workflows need adjustments. On top you can benefit from streamlined and remote protocol optimization across your fleet with teamplay Protocols. Manage your protocols in one place and connect to compatible Siemens CT and MRI devices within your network. teamplay has several modules: teamplay Home The Home screen was developed to help you get the most out of your imaging data in a minimum of time. Form follows function with a clear focus on transparency and efficiency. Clean and tidy grids make interacting with your key metrics fast and convenient. teamplay Dose The teamplay Dose module provides easy access to dose data to support the quality assurance process for monitoring imaging radiation doses. teamplay Dose will display data for continuous dose performance evaluation no matter of modality or vendor. This allows efficient dose data analysis. The solution gives an overview of protocols used by type and target region. teamplay Dose makes dose events visible to allow for timely analysis and implementation of measures in response to events. Display of dose events is based on institutional specific reference levels as well as on national defined targets. teamplay Dose also provides an intuitive and easy way to map institution protocols to standard protocols and guidance on local naming conventions to make the process easier on an ongoing basis. 2

From a daily overview of the system scores to the detailed analysis of utilization trends, teamplay Usage allows a seamless access to your institution performance and beyond. teamplay Usage helps you to continuously increase your departmental productivity and efficiency. teamplay Protocols The challenges for your imaging fleet change over time, and so do your protocols. teamplay makes it easy to identify best-practice protocols and use them to optimize your workflow. To keep track of recent protocol improvements, simply eplore the version history of your protocol changes and add annotations for later reference. It provides highly efficient collaboration features and a secure environment to share and comment imaging studies in the contet of research and education. teamplay Images also comes with a powerful full-screen DICOM image viewer. The viewer is web-based and zero footprint to ensure smooth viewing on the go. Disclaimer: teamplay Images and the DICOM image viewer are not intended for diagnostic use. teamplay Receiver teamplay relies on a lightweight and fleible DICOM gateway, called teamplay Receiver, that is installed on your local network to establish communication between your hospital systems and the secure teamplay servers over standard HTTPS encrypted connection. The teamplay Receiver is simple to install and is both self-monitoring and self-updating so it shouldn t add to your daily workload once configured. If it detects a potential fault, such as communication faults with your institutions PACS, it will send administrator notifications, as well as Siemens Healthcare remote support being made aware so that they can guide you if needed. The Receiver is simple, yet configurable so you can easily manage DICOM communications whilst staying within the remit of your hospital s data privacy policy. Availability and Licensing teamplay Basic functionality is available free of charge to Siemens Healthcare customers 1 and provides data analysis and reporting functions for Siemens Healthcare scanners. Premium level functionality etends this to all scanners in the fleet regardless of manufacturer and provides advanced functions like customized queries ( custom request ) and advanced KPIs. teamplay Premium is available on an annual subscription contract. Contact your local Siemens Healthcare Account Manager for details. Hardware and Software Requirements The teamplay Receiver can be installed on hardware or virtual machines with the following minimum requirements: Windows 64-bit server or client operating system (at least Windows Server 2008 R2/2012 R2 or Windows 7 SP1): min. dual core CPU system min. 4GB memory at least 200 GB free disk space (> 500 GB recommended) at least 6 Mbit/s upload bandwidth to the Internet Recommendation for small sites (up to procedures per year): at least 4 core system at least 8 GB memory Recommendation for medium sites (between and procedures per year): at least 6 core system at least 8 GB memory Recommendation for large sites (more than procedures per year): at least 8 core system at least 16 GB memory The teamplay website is compatible with tablets, PCs and Mac computers running modern browsers including recent versions of Chrome, Firefo, Safari, Microsoft Edge and Internet Eplorer. The minimum hardware requirements are applicable when fetching data for teamplay Dose and Usage using DICOM Q/R. Please contact your Siemens representative if teamplay Dose and Usage data will be actively sent to teamplay using DICOM C-Store. Rest assured that teamplay is designed to support you in working in compliance with applicable laws on data privacy protection and data security. Since teamplay will be handling personal and sensitive data, we make sure our privacy and security measures go beyond what is required. teamplay comes with different data privacy levels to support your compliance with local regulations. It also helps you meet privacy and security standards and requirements in both Europe and the USA. teamplay supports you in meeting the US requirements of HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) to protect the confidentiality and security of healthcare information. It is on track to be certified subject to the requirements of ULD (Unabhängige Landeszentrum für Datenschutz Schleswig-Holstein), the ULD privacy seal for IT products, issued by the German Independent Center for Privacy Protection Schleswig-Holstein. teamplay is on track to be certified subject to the requirements of Euro- PriSe (European Privacy Seal for IT products and IT-based services), the European Privacy Seal for IT products and ITbased services. teamplay designed security from ground up in order to protect the processed personal data. The data centers hosting the data have strong physical security measures in place to shelter data from unauthorized access and from environmental threats. Availability of your data and the teamplay services is ensured by replication in different data centers within the same Microsoft Azure region. The confidentiality, integrity and authenticity of all communicated data between your site and the teamplay services is protected by using state-of-the-art cryptographic means. Your interactive access to teamplay is authenticated by using password-based authentication. While the strength of the passwords is controlled by teamplay it is your responsibility to handle the passwords in a secure way. Administrative access for maintenance functions is secured by 2-factor authentication and governed by strict policies. 10
