Experience Summary Our engineers and designers have experience in a variety of projects that range from concept to operations. We have completed many controls applications, ranging in size from incremental improvements to expansions and new facilities, including automated safety systems and upgrades from pneumatic to processor based controls. Our experienced team has scoped and implemented multiple DCS conversions and new installations ranging from Honeywell s suite of systems, to Emerson Delta-V M and S Series, Fisher Provox, Rosemount, Bailey, etc.

15 Project Experience Project Location/Name: TGGT Holly 3 Site Capacity Expansion Holly 3 Site Capacity Expansion Project. IEM provided the detail engineering required to support the installation of additional process equipment, piping, control systems, etc. for the capacity increase at the Holly 3 facility. Project Location/Name: Bayer MDI Train-PMA Project All engineering and design work to produce a construction package for all the electrical, instrumentation, controls automation and programming assistance for the Bayer PMA section of the MDI Train project. The project involves development of all I/E construction drawings in Microstation; and all loop diagrams, specifications and wiring diagrams in SmartPlant Intools software. Programming was done for the Emerson Delta-V CHARMS I/O system. The contract also called for engineering to be performed by onsite engineering and design personnel as well as from IEM s office in Houston. Project Location/Name: Petrologistics Brine Degasifier System IEM provided detailed engineering services to implement recommendations made as a result of the earlier Study. Changes include increases the line size between a brine degas vessel and brine storage tank, and upsizing the related CV station and related valving. This also required the fabrication / installation of a new (OSHA) sub deck, below the existing top, degasifier vessel deck, with personnel access via existing ladder, to accommodate the larger pipe fittings and minimize line loses due to pipe routing. Project Location/Name: TGGT Shelby 3 Amine Facility (Grass Roots) IEM performed detail engineering, preparation of purchase requisitions for materials, construction management and construction (subcontracted) for the addition of one 400 gpm amine unit, three 165 MMscfd dehydration units and one 300 gpm amine unit with dehydration which was relocated from TGGT s Vernon, LA facility.

21 Document Control Our Document Control process is accomplished with a custom database designed to track all documents from the initial request through it s entire life at IEM and return to the client. Our Project Controls are accomplished using a custom database designed to track and integrate project estimates, man-hours expended, estimates to complete, forecasting, budget dollars and actual dollars spent. Files can be transferred via one centralized address or via FTP in order to reduce redundant requests. Interface with client s document management systems DvTDM, Sharepoint, Buzzsaw, eproject, Documentum, etc.

23 Quality Process The first step is to assign the right people for the tasks at hand. We then make sure the following activities occur: A well defined Scope of Work, TIC budget and Project Schedule is developed or available for the project. A Project Organization Chart is established. A Division of Responsibilities matrix is developed. A project kick-off alignment meeting is held. Project Meetings (weekly) are held throughout the project s life. Action Items Lists are prepared and kept updated. Discipline inter-squad drawing checks are accomplished prior to release for construction.

24 Quality Review Process Problem Resolution if problems arise they are resolved as follows: A Quality Improvement Request (QIR) is prepared. The QIR is investigated. Request for Information (RFI) Variance Request A report on the QIR s resolution is prepared and followed up with the publication of a Lessons Learned document. Corrective actions are taken accordingly.
