3 WORKPOINTS Building on the success of earlier Zurich desking systems from Aspect, Zurich 5 is the culmination of a comprehensive design and product development process. Major improvements have been achieved with the Zurich 5 platform providing a full range of height adjustment options in a system that can be effortlessly interchanged between a back-to-back configuration and stand-alone desks. In today s office environments, systems need to be flexible to minimise churn costs over the life of the product and respond rapidly to changing business needs. Zurich 5 caters for all configurations with common components shared between back-to-back and stand-alone formats to create a flexible solution that can adapt with maximum ease. Additionally, installed systems can be upgraded on site to provide improved ergonomics. For example, infrequent user adjust desks can be site upgraded to frequent user adjust at any time. As with all Aspect desking solutions there is a wide selection of privacy screen and accessory options to personalise the space and enable users to achieve maximum productivity. The entire Zurich 5 system is designed and manufactured locally by Aspect Furniture Systems, offering fast and reliable lead times, flexibility with design and assured quality and environmental standards.

4 ZURICH5 ALLEN KEY TECH ADJUST ( mm) Cost effective adjustment system for use where height adjustment is an infrequent event. Height adjustment is a single person operation that can be done while the desk is under full load with an Allen key through the desktop. Zurich 5 Back to Back ADVANTAGES Desks can be linked back to back or placed as stand-alone work points providing complete floor planning flexibility. Desks can be swapped between stand-alone and shared sub frame easily and cost-effectively over the life of the product. Cable management is expertly handled within the Zurich 5 system, with large capacity, segregated cable trays complemented with cable retainer clips or continuous cable tray covers. A complete range of compatible power and data outlets are available that clip directly into cable tray without the need for additional brackets. Zurich 5 Workpoints are able to withstand multiple relocations and are guaranteed for 10 years. Easy assembly reduces installation and churn costs over the life of the product. USER ADJUST ( mm) The desk height adjustment can be fully operated from a seated position. The system is operated by a powder coated alloy handle located at the desk edge that folds away when not in use. The handle can be positioned at either end of the desktop. The system is extremely well engineered and offers fast and quiet adjustment. ULTRAFAST USER ADJUST SIT/STAND (0-1200mm) Winder handle sit/stand solution offers ultrafast and intuitive desk height adjustment. Minimal number of handle rotations required. ELECTRIC SIT/STAND ( mm) With a full range extension system the Zurich 5 Electric Sit/Stand range covers 660mm of rise (from mm). Height is adjusted via a push button at the desk edge. A range of controller options are available from simple up/down buttons to digital displays with pre-set memory functions. Electric sit/stand mechanism is recommended due to additional health and safety benefits, PIEZO collision protection features and PC or smart phone apps we have available that provide additional user benefits. 5 ELECTRIC SIT/STAND BENEFITS Our workstation solution uses an electric sit/stand mechanism. This is due to a number of reasons including cost effectiveness, health and safety benefits, PIEZO collision protection features and PC or Smart phone apps we have available that provide additional user benefits. WHAT IS PIEZO? PIEZO is the name given to the LINAK hardware based anti-collision technology used in our sit/stand mechanisms. The PIEZO sensor is completely integrated in the column with no visible changes and no extra mounting. The built-in PIEZO sensor feels for any obstruction when raising or lowering the desk, then halts and reverses to avoid collision. With a PIEZO anti-collision solution you can provide a longer lifetime to your office equipment and more importantly safety for the user. The Desk Control is an app developed for adjustment of LINAK based desks. This app features the same functions as a regular desk panel, but allows you to adjust your application via your tablet or your smart phone. By downloading the Desk Control app you can gather the height adjustment of multiple applications in one app. The Desk Control software is to be installed in your computer (PC or MAC) making the use/adjustment of your desk very intuitive in your daily work. The software program contains the typical desk panel features like up, down adjustment, up to 3 memory positions and height read-out. Additionally, the program reminds you to adjust your desk, counting the time standing as well as the calories burned!

Desk sub-frames incorporate a neat continuous dual channel cable tray, providing easy access, segregation between power and data and plenty of room for excess cable storage.
