5 What Meter Data Can Be Stored? Consumption Reads (SCM) the dial-digit meter read from each meter Interval Data Reads (IDM) incremental intervals down to every fifteen minutes, for data logging and advanced analysis applications Tamper Data Cut cable, unauthorized reprogramming attempts, and communication failures can all be used as clues to what s happening Leak Data Continuous monitoring for behind-the-meter leak detection as well as district metering leak detection and acoustic monitoring for distribution system leaks In SaveSource, there are 12x bubble-ups per day, and each bubble-up contains the most current consumption (SCM) message, the last 25 intervals of data (IDM), tamper & leak flags, and acoustic data reads Interval Data is the key to advanced metering
