You can select from numerous positioning, drawing, modifying, group and labeling functions, well known from other professional CAD programs. Thermal cutting and marking requirements such as the transformation of letters into closed contours or line contours are available. Turning a digital picture or logo involves just a couple of mouse clicks. You set the contour start point and quality identification for each sub-contour, add dimensioning objects and finally store the finished part with part identification, quantity, material, thickness and freely defined administration data in the SQL database, where certain fields, such as length, width, area weight and cutting length, are calculated automatically.

Using the built-in simulation, you can trace exactly how the NC code will be processed by the machine later. It is also possible to create the code for selected parts from a plan and thus have the output split for several machines. In the same way, splitting into separate marking and cutting plans is supported. MANAGE ORDERS Different orders can be compiled quickly and easily from individual parts. Subsequently, the order data is automatically added to the parts. In this way, a part can be allocated to several different orders with individual quantities for each of them. Parts can be stored as part groups with number, name, quantity and position. Then you can also produce orders using the part group table. With the configurable order management, OmniWin 2013 Classic can also be linked into systems for production control. Thus you can automatically create and nest orders directly from your PPS or ERP system. Order management is a component of the Professional Edition. CREATE REPORTS Printed reports are a standard requirement for production and management. They are printed automatically or manually from OmniWin 2013 Classic. Graphic representation of nested plans and parts lists are just as easily possible as the output of barcodes. You can customize your reports to meet your individual requirements using the Report Editor.
