Voice & Unified Communications (Enterprise and SMB): Tetracom has been the sole Nortel Double Gold partner in the MENA region since 1978, and with Avaya s recent acquisition of Nortel, Tetracom has become Avaya s partner in Lebanon, providing full integration services for: IP Customer Care solutions, Unified Communications, Converged Voice, Data & Multimedia Networks, IP Telephony solutions, Multimedia solutions, Unified Messaging products, IP Contact Centers, Self Service IVR applications on a multimedia service platform, Unified Management, Wireless Mobility systems and WAN switching products. In addition Tetracom is a certified partner of: General Electric GE- Interlogix for Security Solutions now UTC (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Detection & Alarm, etc.), Autronica for fire detection and control, Schneider TAC for Building Management systems and Access Control, Astrophysics for Physical Security Metal Detection Portals, etc. Software Development: In addition to building in-house customized applications for its customers based on their own requests such as TMS Helpdesk & CRM Tool, Tetracom deals with many service suppliers to offer a number of off-the-shelf solutions for its clients such as Teleopti for Workforce Management. Historical Overview: Since 1978, Tetracom has acquired market leadership in the field of telecommunication in both the public and private sectors in Lebanon through its strong sales network, its broad customer base, and most of all its unequalled professional reputation. In the 1980s, Tetracom introduced to the Lebanese market data transmission over telephone lines and leased lines, using modems achieving speeds of 1,200 bps; a great feat at the time. During this same period, Tetracom also installed over 55 Standard A, B, C and M INternational MARitime SATellite (INMARSAT) Earth (Saturn 3S, Saturn 3S90, Saturn T Compact, Sat M, Sat B and Saturn C). Stations Similarly, at the time, Tetracom introduced small and large digital telephony systems, as well as ISDN networking solutions to major customers. In the 1990s, Tetracom was a pioneer in introducing Structured Wiring, LANs, Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, Gigabit Ethernet and ATM Switches. It was also one of the first companies in the region to introduce bridges and routers to operate WAN networks over leased lines and Spread Spectrum Digital Microwaves. During this period Tetracom teamed up with major international vendors and added Security (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, ) to its portfolio. Tetracom also installed the first and biggest ATM project in the region for the American University of Beirut and has recently installed the biggest 10 Gigabit Network in the region for the same customer. 7 Tetracom moreover started offering Turnkey Project Management and System Integration solutions for projects such as the Ministry of Interior Car Registry Automation program. The entire automation package and modules for this project were written by Tetracom s software development team, and the project s entire networking infrastructure, linking all branches, was built by Tetracom s engineering and technical team. In the 2000s, and in line with its continuous quest for expansion, Tetracom started its Customer Care Solution Division providing IP Telephony, IP and non-ip Contact Centers and Multimedia IVR solutions from Nortel, for customers in Lebanon and all over the MENA region; it has since then installed and/or supported over 30 major IP Call Centers in the region such as MTN in Syria, Yemen and Sudan, Vivacell in Armenia, Orascom Djezzy in Algeria, etc. During the same period, Tetracom introduced the IP Platform for its Security portfolio and implemented major CCTV networks for various governmental administrations, Solidere, as well as many major Banks. Tetracom also added internet security devices to its portfolio such as: Intrusion Prevention Systems IPS, Web Filtering, WAN/Application accelerators, SPAM Firewall, Web Applications Firewall, Link/Load Balancers. Starting 2010, Tetracom launched a full-scale reorganization and rebranding project, to cater for the strong growth of its four services departments and its regional expansion. Page7 of 12

Key Clients and Projects: Historically, in addition to serving various Lebanese Administrations and Ministries, Tetracom has developed and implemented state of the art solutions for major clients in all vertical industries spanning: ICT, Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Education, Retail and Hotel Businesses. Currently over 200,000 telephone lines are under support contract with Tetracom. Private Sector: In the private telecommunications sector Tetracom's experience extends from the installation and support of simple small size full IP, IP enabled and digital telephony systems to large turnkey projects of thousands of lines (IP and non IP) and large IP Contact Centers in Lebanon and the MENA region such as MTN in Syria, Yemen and Sudan, Vivacell in Armenia, Orascom Djezzy in Algeria, etc. Tetracom has also implemented major security projects in Lebanon involving CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Fire Alarm and Detection for major banks and enterprises. Nationwide deployment of Data Networks for the Bank of Lebanon. Complete Automation of the Vehicle Registry for the Ministry of Interior with Linkage to the Ministry of Finance. Major security projects in Lebanon involving CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Fire Alarm and Detection The installation of the nationwide Tellabs DXX Digital Leased Line network and for the MoT on a turnkey basis in five towns in Mount Lebanon and a digital telex concentrator for North Lebanon. Resources and Service Offerings Since its inception, Tetracom has been able to remain at the forefront of technological innovations by keeping its highly qualified staff of 100 employees (out of which 60 are engineers and technicians) continuously certified to the latest technologies and solutions (Unified Communications, Converged Networks, Multimedia Contact Centers, etc.), by constantly attending ongoing trainings and certification programs. Facilities and Offices: Headquarters for Administration and Sales personnel of Tetracom are located at 460 Corniche du Fleuve, in Beirut. Technical laboratories, workshops and warehouses for Tetracom are located in Mkalles, at the suburbs of Beirut. The warehouses contain large stocks of spare parts, to maintain and support Tetracom clients equipment some of which are over 20 years old.
