4 Mission / Vision Mission: Serve as the IMCOM center of expertise for acquisitions planning, execution and management while providing customers with the capability to analyze and maximize their organizational buying power. 6 Contract Management One stop shop for IMCOM customers to acquire all the answers they need to prepare, manage, maintain and close out their acquisitions, cradle to grave. Develop and issue standard acquisition policy and guidance IAW ACC, FAR and DA policy. Monitor COR training. 6 OF 17
