The rights to use the logo will be valid for one year from the launch of respective Zinnov Zones final ratings. The rating images (overall and sub service lines) can be used across all the collaterals with any number of re-prints. The rights to use the images will be valid for one year from the launch of respective Zinnov Zones final ratings. Co-branded case studies showcasing the capability of the participant. The case studies will be included in the Zinnov Zones report which is shared with the end customers and on the participant s page over Zinnov Zones website Zinnov will create customized company profile based on analyst viewpoints which showcases the strengths and capabilities of the participant and highlights differentiator for the participant. It will be part of the Zinnov Zones website Co-authored Blog (1) Zinnov would co-author and create one blog for the client on a digital topic of their interest. The content will be co-branded with the client Zinnov Proprietary Confidential Zinnov Zones Readout and Analyst Presentation (2 hours) Strategic Workshop (4 hours) Customer Workshop on RA (1) The analyst team will share insights on the industry, customers, and service line insights and opportunities. SWOT analysis of the participant. Zinnov leadership team ( Partner/CXO/Director) will host a half day workshop. The workshop will cover in-depth insights on the RA landscape and market analysis, compete insights, validation of strategy, future growth areas, customer insights etc. Zinnov led workshop for Service providers on robotics automation for one chosen customer. The workshop will be delivered by a Zinnov Partner/ Director level stakeholder 10

11 Disclaimer In the context of Zinnov Zones for RA, we reached out to a limited set of service providers that could be potential leaders in this space. Our set of inclusion criteria enables us to shortlist, effectively based on which service providers are invited to participate. While we normally see significant interest in participation, sometimes a service provider may request to be excluded from the Zinnov Zones activity if the timing of the research or circumstances within the service provider organization makes participation difficult. If a service provider declines to participate at the beginning of a Zinnov Zones process, it is important to know the following policies: Some non-participating service providers are still included in our evaluation o As we invite only leading service providers and emerging players to participate in Zinnov Zones, if a service provider decides not to participate, we have still included them in the final report if we think it is necessary o Our reasoning is that Zinnov Zones without a leading service provider would project a partial picture of the market and make it less pertinent for our clients The Zinnov Zones report clearly differentiates service providers that did not undergo the same rigorous evaluation as its peers o While our analysts have evaluated the service providers that declined to participate, the service provider s place in the ratings is denoted by a differentiating symbol indicating non-participation in the research process o Their assessment is based on different inputs than those used for evaluating its peers Zinnov Proprietary Confidential 11
