3 TIME AND ATTENDANCE SYSTEM - fts247 fts247 is a web based solution which offers complete management of attended time and absence, whether your requirement is for Fixed/Rotating Schedules, Flexible Working or Flexi-Time or a combination of all of these, you will find fts247 offers a complete solution. We offer a range of Clocking Terminals as well as the ability for employees to clock using their PC, tablet or mobile phone. 5 JOB RECORDING - fts360 fts360 is a web and or PC based solution which offers job and activity recording transactions. From small scale to large scale operations, from simple to complex systems fts360 offers a comprehensive range of solutions. Data Input can be from a variety of devices including Touch Screens PCs, Mobile Devices, Barcode Readers and Scanners. We offer a range of display boards as well as the ability for employees to use their PC, tablet or mobile phone. Time and Attendance Integration fts360 interacts with the fts247 T&A system to ensure that, for Employee based transactions, attended time and booked time balance. A typical employee based transaction configuration is; On Clock In, a Start Transaction (Job, Activity, Project, Cost Centre or Downtime) is generated. When the employee starts the next transaction the previous Active transaction is ended, the Time Taken calculated and a new Start Transaction generated. The employee continues to start new transactions throughout their due hours and on Clock Out the last Active transaction is ended. This ensures that all of the employee s time is allocated and that it balances to their attended time. Data Input can be from a variety of devices including Touch Screens PCs, Mobile Devices, Barcode Readers and Scanners. 5

7 HOSTING AND ONLINE SECURITY With sensitive and personal information being recorded, ftstime has ensured that our clients data is safe and secure. We have partnered with one of the leading Hosting companies, UK Fast. High speed connections for hosting your web service Top level encryption Mirrored Servers for fail safe use of your system Your records will be kept for 2 years on the server before they are archived in the data centre. UKFast is a leading managed hosting and colocation provider in the UK, providing dedicated server hosting, critical application hosting, and cloud hosting solutions for clients from varied industries. UKFast operates its own ISO-accredited data centre complex, which spans over 30,000 sq ft of enterprise-grade facilities for colocating your IT equipment. FIRE ALARM MONITOR (FAM) If a signal can be taken from the fire alarm system, usually from one of the sound devices, as an input to a comms port of a PC on the network. Then when the device sounds FAM will detect the signal and print a Fire Evacuation Report - as a list of employees currently clocked in. The report may be sequenced by Assembly/Muster points and may be directed to several printers on the network, either the whole report or by Assembly/Muster point. The FAM program will run on any PC on the network or server with a 9 pin comms port or via a RS232 to USB converter. There is also an option, PC Monitor, to display an alternate red the yellow flashing panel on the touch screen clocking terminals, if installed, and other specified PCs on the network. 7

8 BIOMETRICS Proven popular worldwide these handy little devices are compatible with any device yielding a USB port. Our diverse software can use the fingerprint reader as a clocking in device saving even more time. These fingerprint readers are small and easily placed at a reception desk or at the entrance to your work place hooked up to a tablet configured with our software. Another available biometric device we supply is the KABA Clocking terminal. These are ideal for a harsher, perhaps industrial working environment. They can also be weather proofed and kept outdoors. Both devices give the option to enrol multiple fingers per user, a great feature saving HR time as should the primary finger be damaged or is unreadable for any reason the user can simply clock in using one of their other enrolled fingerprints rather than having to clock in retrospectively or manually.
