Teams that use Rational DOORS Next Generation with configuration management can employ, for example: show all requirement artifacts with linked test cases that are failing. Support for the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) V4.0 IBM Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) provides full support for the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) V4.0. The configuration guidelines document provides step-by-step guidance to configure a SAFe V4.0 tooling environment by customizing an existing Collaborative Lifecycle Management project area or a set of process templates in Collaborative Lifecycle Management. The domain models summarize the artifacts that comprise Collaborative Lifecycle Management SAFe tooling support and their relationships in a set of diagrams. Beta templates for IBM Rational Team Concert, IBM DOORS Next Generation and IBM Rational Quality Manager are available for teams to quickly setup a SAFe infrastructure in Collaborative Lifecycle Management and start new agile release trains. Those templates and guidelines can help teams to improve agility and predictability with role-based dashboards for visibility to continuously adjust business goals in real-time. They also help teams going through an agile transformation by providing quick and easy access to SAFe guidance. The above assets are available for download from the following the jazz.net/safe web page. JRS in Collaborative Lifecycle Management V6.0.2 enhancements This release with the JRS continues to improve the simple and easy way for any team practitioner to build and define their own projects reports. This latest release now: Supports many new key report types. Improves usability and help. Adds support for aggregation and roll up for reports built in the Lifecycle Query engine (LQE). As of Collaborative Lifecycle Management V6.0 the Jazz Reporting Service was provided as part of the Collaborative Lifecycle Management product package. This allows easier access to a mainstream reporting solution that was designed to support the majority of report types for development teams. Jazz Reporting Service is provided as a replacement for the previous reporting solution: Rational Reporting for Development Intelligence. With this release, the new and easier reporting solution achieves near parity with Rational Reporting for Development Intelligence. Data source selection for reporting. Project team leaders can now select which data source they will use when creating reports with JRS. Because the release of JRS V6.0.1, there is now a data warehouse and LQE index method that gives project teams the option of using the most appropriate source. See the JRS help documentation for more details and differences between the data warehouse and the LQE. New learn page. The JRS report builder now has a central hub for documentation, articles, and videos about the JRS.. A new Learn button opens a page with a set of useful links in common areas of interest. The page also provides quick links into Jazz.net for the forum and other library artifacts. this is a quick way to get started learning about the product. Ability to create timesheet reports (through LQE). Timesheet information is a core part of the Rational Team Concert information available for work items. Users, project managers or team leads can track the time they or their teams spend each day on each work item. Using the LQE data source your clients can now create a traceability report on time spent. IBM is a registered trademark of International Business Machines Corporation 4

Work item approval reports (through LQE). New work item approval reports, similar to what you create using the data warehouse, with the same Traceability links approach. Calculated columns in summary reports (through LQE). The LQE data source now supports calculated columns, just like the Data Warehouse data source. Roll up reports can be quickly built by using the Format results tab through the JRS Report Builder. Global Configuration and components reports (through LQE). Teams can now easily report on components and global configurations through a simple selection in the Report Builder. Requirement collections and module reports (through the Data Warehouse). Users can now report on requirement collections or modules and create a traceability path (such as, Collection --> Requirement). Burndown and burnup current work item reports (through the Data Warehouse). There is now the option to display current data in work item trend totals and burndown and burnup reports to provide up to date status for agile teams. For all burn-down and burn-up ready-to-use reports and the work item totals (live current data) historical trend, the results include the latest current data collected by DCC for the current day (from the operational data store, ODS). Graph Axis labels (in the Data Warehouse). Users have more flexibility in choosing their own axis labels for graphs. You can now change/customize the labels that appear on the x-axis and y-axis of the graph respectively. Ability to add custom Extract, Transform, and Load files (ETLs) for Data Collection Component (DCC). DCC now supports adding custom ETL files added to the mapping folder. Use them mainly to add custom metric tables and load extra information in the ODS (operational data store) tables. New tables or fields will only be accessible through Report Builder using advanced queries or through a customized Cognos (R) Framework manager data model. Jazz Reporting Service Support for Rational DOORS (Released as a beta offering). DCC can pull data for the data warehouse from Rational DOORS by using the new resource group type named Rational DOORS. In Report Builder teams will be able to see DOORS requirements by using the DOORS Database project area. Cognitive Business Analytics with Watson TM Analytics. (Released as a beta offering). JRS Builder can export reports in formats that enable interaction and analytical analysis in IBM Watson Analytics. Team leads or project managers can apply cognitive analytics to Collaborative Lifecycle Management DevOps business and engineering data in search of insight that can (with appropriate actions) improve team performance. Watson Analytics may help to find unknown associations and predictors of good (and bad outcomes). Watson Analytics account licenses are sold separately. For more information, see Watson Analytics. Collaborative Lifecycle Management V Collaborative Lifecycle Management product-specific enhancements DOORS Next Generation V6.0.2 enhancements Workflow for requirements that bring a company's requirements process into an online, automated tool can bring huge productivity improvements while introducing an environment that embodies a familiar experience of company terminology and standards. In a similar way to Rational Team Concert and Rational Quality Manager, Rational DOORS Next Generation now introduces Workflow of requirements artifacts. An organization is free to have as many workflow patterns as they feel needed to support the engineering and lifeline for requirements information. Workflow enables an organization to control the life of a requirement from inception to review, deployment and final closure or end of life. Process enactment includes support for definable lifecycle states, access controls over which user role can move requirements from one state to another and access controls within a state to describe which aspects of requirements data can be modified at each stage of its process. IBM is a registered trademark of International Business Machines Corporation 5

Each time project administrators define a new information type, for example "User Requirement", they can associate the type with a defined workflow, in the same way as assigning an attribute to a type. A workflow defines the valid states that information is allowed to be in (for example, Draft, In Review, Approved, Complete, and so on). Transition between stages of the workflow is protected by role-based access rights. This allows control to be set governing who is allowed to move from one state to another (for example, who can approve a requirement). At each stage of the workflow, it is possible to govern how much of a requirement is allowed to be modified so that as a requirement moves closer to agreement more and more of the requirement is tied down and subject to firmer control of changes. End user productivity improvements for Requirements Management. User productivity for Requirements Management. At the core of all tools is the editing mechanism to modify information. Rational DOORS Next GenerationV6.0.2 has embellished the editing experience of requirements information offering a more productive, consistent and responsive environment for the user. This release also provides the following: An enhanced mechanism to support symbols within requirements text Trace columns that extend the concept of "where used" to show reviews and collections that requirements are included Improved performance at enterprise scale. Rational DOORS Next Generation V6.0.2 shows support for at least 5 million requirements artifacts per AIX (R) or Linux-based Requirements Management server. Bulk data import-export. Working within a tool is always best but often it is impossible to avoid the need to take data offline for travel or distribution to extended stakeholders. This latest release introduces, direct, round trip support for Excel file formats while extending the information supported to include OSLC trace information. Make use of Excel import to create links en masse to other Collaborative Lifecycle Management and OSLC-based applications. A good example of this is where combined information is moved from previous legacy products and needs to be spread over multiple tools such as Rational DOORS Next Generation and Rational Quality Manager. IBM Team Concert V6.0.2 enhancements Rational Team Concert V6.0.2 enhances the speed of developer collaboration by making it easy to share Rational Team Concert Quick Planner views, locate work, filter work items; and make work item templates more flexible for a broader set of use cases. A key focus of this release is additional advanced Jazz SCM capabilities to visualize strategic reuse, make it easier to use the new code review function to enhance code quality and auditability and improved usability for managing SCM workspaces and updates. Speed Collaboration Quick Create function that is now available in My Stuff cross-project views. The new cross-project views, which are enabled in My Stuff, now support Quick Create to make it easy to create new work items across any Rational Team Concert project in a single place. The "My Work", "My Subscribed" and "All Work" views in My Stuff all now have the Quick Create capability to rapidly create work items. When you create a work item by using Quick Create, it defaults to the first project on your project list. Easily share custom views-queries, by organizing and sharing Rational Team Concert Quick Planner views. In this release, you can easily share Rational Team Concert Quick Planner views with a selected project, all your projects or with everyone. A new view properties option, which also supports tagging to organize all your views, assists developers in locating the views they need to quickly locate work items. Include additional advanced filtering options for Rational Team Concert Quick Planner. Many users want to filter work items by subscribers or by release. New filtering options to Rational Team Concert Quick Plannersupport short forms of the "Found In" (>), and "Filed Against" (^) attributes. In addition, you can now filter by subscriber using the short or long from "@user" or "Subscribed By = user" to quickly locate work items of interest. IBM is a registered trademark of International Business Machines Corporation 6

Use variable in work items templates to speed and guide work item creation. You can now use $string variables in work item templates. When the template is executed, the user will be prompted for the values of the substituted string variables on work item creation. With variable substitution, a single work item template can have much broader applicability. Include Rational Team Concert Quick Planner - My Recent Work view. Now shows the union of all recently accessed work items that are opened in the Rational Team Concert web-based, work-item editor and in the Rational Team Concert Quick Planner interface. In earlier releases, it only showed work items recently opened from the Rational Team Concert Quick Planner interface. Include a graphical history view for components. If you manage lots of release streams, want to know which named release versions contain which versions of which components, or need to see the "big picture" visually of how work has flowed across streams and compare different baselines of different components in the context of a big picture visual history browser, the Graphical History for Components view. Filter out all the noise and just see the interesting baselines or releases of interest to a release engineer, a build meister or a scrum master. Fire up this new visual history viewer and get a real understanding of how things work. The graphical history view makes it easy to visualize complex development history and component work flows, especially when you need to manage many variants of your software or need to create custom versions for specific market needs. Include usability Improvements for built-in code review. Based on user feedback of our new built-in code review interface and approval workflow,it is easier to get started with and to mine data from code reviews. IBM now provides better guidance for getting started and for deciding which version to compare with. You can also optionally create work items from code review issues. For auditability, there is a new command to export code review data to find collect metrics or find open code reviews. Include Jazz SCM locking improvements for streams and components. This improves the ability to prevent code changes, except approved ones, during the end game of a release or want to prevent others from modifying a specific component that is reused by another team as a read only component? In this release, IBM now supports locking of Jazz SCM streams and components (in addition to files which was already supported). This enables teams to control component and stream locking to prevent changes from accidentally getting into certain streams or components. Include Jazz SCM usability improvements. Based on user feedback, there are improvements in: Handling of issues that might cause your local files to be out of synch when updating or accepting changes from others. These changes help users avoid overwriting local file changes when performing updates of their sandbox. Enhanced pending changes view to aid in understanding of what is being accepted and to show component hierarchies and locked files. IBM Team Concert Developer for IEP V6.0.2 enhancements Green screen developers can modify and preview build subsets. On the Edit Build Subset panel in the ISPF client, which displays an overview of the subset, you can now modify the subset ownership, by using the Browse field. Also add or remove contents using the contents field, add, or remove criteria by using the criteria field and requesting a preview of the subset that displays the buildable files in the subset, by using the run preview field Loading an entire workspace from the CLI. The zload CLI subcommand now can load either an entire workspace or a set of remote items by specifying a list of remote paths. The remote-path can specify the name, alias, or UUID of a component, or a remote path within a component. Publishing and management of logs are simpler, more flexible and faster. Build logs are now available in the build map editor. When add has publishing enabled and it is using a new or existing data set definition, the PDS information is stored in the build map. This information is available in the Logs tab of the Build Map editor, and when integrated with Rational Developer for z Systems TM its File Location value is a link that opens the remote member. Other valuable changes to log file management include the ability to allow all published log files for IBM is a registered trademark of International Business Machines Corporation 7

a source member to be consolidated into a single file. Log publishing options can be overridden for individual DD allocations. You can also change whether and under what circumstances an output is published, and whether and under what circumstances the published output creates a consolidated log file. The performance of log publishing during z/os (R) builds is substantially improved. The connection to the repository is reused, greatly reducing overhead, and logs are published to the build result in batches. You can configure the batch size in the Output Publishing tab of the build definition editor. For flexibility and ease of execution, administrators can invoke custom Ant scripts in translators. Translators may now be defined with a new type of call method: Ant script. This allows you to specify Ant syntax to be executed as part of the dependency build when the translator is invoked by a language definition. As part of the dependency build, these Ant scripts have access to the build context, including variables and properties. Multiple execution threads can reduce build times.z/os Dependency Builds now support using multiple processes for compilation activities. The number of processes can be selected in the build definition editor in the Dependency Options tab of the z/os Dependency Build page. IBM Quality Manager V6.0.2 enhancements Manual test scripts improvements in customization and save as reusable templates. Manual test scripts in IBM Rational Quality Manager (RQM) can now be customized in two ways. Users can add new custom sections to the set of pre-defined sections that are available: -- Summary. -- Formal reviews. -- Manual steps and associated e-signatures. For example, users can add a new rich text sections to define the objectives of the test script or the preconditions required before starting the execution. Users can define new custom attributes for the manual test script steps in addition to the existing pre-defined attributes: Description Expected Results and Attachments/Links Those new attributes can have one of the following types: small string, medium string, integer, enumeration or date-time. The new attributes appear as additional columns in the Manual Steps grid section of the script. This effectively enables users to create well formatted test scripts which would be easier to author and run. Note that both the Rational Quality Manager Microsoft TM Word and Excel importer utility as well as the offline test execution capability support the new format of manual test scripts with custom attributes. The customized test script can be saved as a template that can be reused later on. Therefore, users can create and manage a set of reusable templates available when creating new manual test scripts. Optimized test artifact visualization and execution. A set of improvements has been made in Rational Quality Manager to streamline the tester workflows when working with test artifacts table view or executing tests: Project administrators can set a shared query as the default one to be used when looking at test artifacts in the table views in a project area. All users would then be able to benefit from the same default layout and filtering options for the table views of that project area as defined by the administrator. Users can override a table view default query in their user preferences. IBM is a registered trademark of International Business Machines Corporation 8

Table views now render test artifacts links in a consistent way. Users can now link test artifact sections to existing work items on top of already being able to create links to new work items. Users can rerun a test from a test case result which would automatically reuse the same test case execution record, test script and execution variable value set previously selected for that run. Project administrators can enforce unique names for test environments. By enabling unique names, you can ensure that new test environments do not reuse existing names. New option to exclude test case and test suite results when creating a new stream from an existing baseline. New execution preference to exclude test suite steps that do not have associated script during scheduled execution. Rational Engineering Lifecycle Manager V6.0.2 enhancements Configuration-aware views. Rational Engineering Lifecycle Manager views now support configuration contexts and the user experience is similar to the other tools in the Collaborative Lifecycle Management solution. The data source application must have configuration-enabled project areas. Improved User experience for creating and editing Rational Engineering Lifecycle Manager views. Rational Engineering Lifecycle Manager now utilizes several elements of the Jazz Reporting Service user experience, to streamline the overall user experience with the tools. Jazz Reporting Service query builder and Report Builder are now used within Rational Engineering Lifecycle Manager. Rational Engineering Lifecycle Manager now also provides greater ability to customize the format and behavior of system artifact element nodes and custom artifact element nodes within Rational Engineering Lifecycle Manager views. Ability to link between system and custom artifact elements. System artifact elements are ready-to-use view elements, which are the same artifact types that you select in the Report Builder to build your reports. Custom artifact elements are view elements that you customize by editing a SPARQL query. You can associate a custom, artifact element with a system artifact element, such that, when you create views, you can then link between these elements at the node or container level. Ability to control the scope for Rational Engineering Lifecycle Manager views and containers. Rational Engineering Lifecycle Manager view authors can configure the view to focus on specific projects by selecting the scope of the view. This focuses the view on the artifacts that are relevant to the selected projects. You can modify the view at any time to change the scope. Ability to filter artifacts in view containers. Set conditions on Rational Engineering Lifecycle Manager views in a similar way you do with reports in Report Builder. In the Rational Engineering Lifecycle Manager view editor, when you drag an artifact from the palette onto the canvas, you can filter the artifacts in the container. You can fine-tune the filter and even use parameter values to filter the view. Improved conditional formatting of system artifact and custom artifact nodes. It is now easier to select a property value among the conditions you set on Rational Engineering Lifecycle Manager views, to change node parameters (such as fill color) based on attributes of the represented artifacts (such as task status). Condition operators change according to the property type. Enhanced custom artifact element editor. The user experience for creating custom artifact elements has been improved, especially for new users just getting started. For example, when you create custom artifact elements, a basic SPARQL query sample and some parameters are already available to help you get started. If you select, change, or remove an artifact type, the sample in the SPARQL Query window is refreshed. 10 A US Section 508 Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) containing details on accessibility compliance can be found on the IBM Accessibility website. Statement of general direction Statement of Intent for IBM Rational Team Concert IBM intends to remove older Eclipse V3.6.2 client IDE version compatibility support from the next release of Rational Team Concert. This is being done to build the Rational Team Concert Eclipse client IDE integration with newer Eclipse versions that support Java 7 and Java 8. IBM expects that Rational Team Concert V6.0.2 will be the last release to support Eclipse V3.6.2 client IDE compatibility. Since Collaborative Lifecycle Management V6.0.2 is an extended maintenance release, customers who still require Eclipse V3.6.2 client IDE support will have a long term, stable release stream to continue to use integrations or other products from IBM that still require Eclipse V3.6.2 compatibility. Note that IBM reserves the right to change its plans and this statement of intent is provided to assist customers in future upgrade planning decisions. Statement of Intent for Deprecation of "RRCx" Java plug-in graphical editors DOORS Next Generation V6.0 introduced new Diagram Editors to support informal diagramming within requirements sets without the need to install an additional browser plugin. The original graphical editors (Rational Requirements Composer (RRCx)) remained to provide our customers with consistency and time to move over to the new technology. The third-party components used within RRCx are now deprecating two of the three major browsers (Firefox and Chrome) and so by the end of 2016, DOORS Next Generation is forced to deprecate its Java plugin based graphical diagramming extensions (commonly referred to as RRCx). DOORS Next Generation already supports most of the formats previously supported by RRCx, and we expect this list to grow. While future functionality is subject to change without notice the following actions are expected in 2016: Diagram Editor to support UI Wireframe palettes and associated functionality Diagram Editor to provide parity with most RRCx functionality, including link indicators, embedding artifacts, embedding diagrams, and layers. (Layers is intended to replace RRCx's Storyboard artifact format) Diagram Editor will not be implementing the RRCx feature that enables an embedded UI Sketch to be modified in the diagram where it is embedded From the end of 2016, RRCx artifact types will be read only. The diagrams will look identical, be clickable, printable and reportable A utility will be provided to convert RRCx diagrams into the Diagram Editor format. All of the RRCx format types will be supported. While this conversion will not be pixel perfect, it is expected to preserve every shape, connection, artifact link, and comment in the original RRCx diagrams IBM's statements regarding its plans, directions, and intent are subject to change or withdrawal without notice at IBM's sole discretion. 14 or receives for execution a set of commands, procedures, or applications from the program or that is otherwise managed by the program is considered a separate User of the program and requires an entitlement as if that device were a person. Authorized User Single Install Authorized User Single Install is a unit of measure by which the Program can be licensed. An Authorized User is a unique person who is given access to the program. An Install is an installed copy of the program on a physical or virtual disk made available to be executed on a computer. The program may be installed on any number of computers or servers, but if the Authorized User has accessed or has access to more than one Install of the program, the Authorized User requires a separate entitlement for each such Install. Licensee must obtain separate, dedicated entitlements for each Authorized User given access to the program on each Install in any manner directly or indirectly (for example, via a multiplexing program, device, or application server) through any means. An entitlement for an Authorized User is unique to that Authorized User and may not be shared, nor may it be reassigned other than for the permanent transfer of the Authorized User entitlement to another person. Note: Some programs may be licensed where devices are considered users. In that case the following applies: Any computing device that requests the execution of or receives for execution a set of commands, procedures, or applications from the program or that is otherwise managed by the program is considered a separate User of the program and requires an entitlement as if that device were a person. Terms and conditions The information provided in this announcement letter is for reference and convenience purposes only. The terms and conditions that govern any transaction with IBM are contained in the applicable contract documents such as the IBM International Program License Agreement, IBM International Passport Advantage Agreement, and the IBM Agreement for Acquisition of Software Maintenance. Licensing IBM International Program License Agreement including the License Information document and Proof of Entitlement (PoE) govern your use of the program. PoEs are required for all authorized use. Part number products only, offered outside of Passport Advantage, where applicable, are license only and do not include Software Maintenance. This software license includes Software Subscription and Support (also referred to as Software Maintenance). Agreement for Acquisition of Software Maintenance These programs are licensed under the IBM Program License Agreement (IPLA) and the associated Agreement for Acquisition of Software Maintenance, which provide for support with ongoing access to releases and versions of the program. IBM includes one year of Software Subscription and Support (also referred to as Software Maintenance) with the initial license acquisition of each program acquired. The initial period of Software Subscription and Support (also referred to as Software Maintenance) can be extended by the purchase of a renewal option, if available. These programs have a one-time license charge for use of the program and an annual renewable charge for the enhanced support that includes telephone assistance (voice support for defects during normal business hours), as well as access to updates, releases, and versions of the program as long as support is in effect. License Information number IBM is a registered trademark of International Business Machines Corporation 14

L-JCHT-A6CNJ5 See the License Information documents page on the IBM Software License Agreement website for more information. Limited warranty applies Yes Limited warranty IBM warrants that when the program is used in the specified operating environment, it will conform to its specifications. The warranty applies only to the unmodified portion of the program. IBM does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the program or that IBM will correct all program defects. You are responsible for the results obtained from the use of the program. IBM provides you with access to IBM databases containing information on known program defects, defect corrections, restrictions, and bypasses at no additional charge. For further information, see the IBM Software Support Handbook. IBM will maintain this information for at least one year after the original licensee acquires the program (warranty period). Program technical support Technical support of a program product version or release will be available for a minimum of five years from the general availability date, as long as your Software Subscription and Support (also referred to as Software Maintenance) is in effect. This technical support allows you to obtain assistance (by telephone or electronic means) from IBM for product-specific, task-oriented questions regarding the installation and operation of the program product. Software Subscription and Support (Software Maintenance) also provides you with access to updates (modifications or fixes), releases, and versions of the program. You will be notified, through an announcement letter, of discontinuance of support with 12 months' notice. If you require additional technical support from IBM, including an extension of support beyond the discontinuance date, contact your IBM representative or IBM Business Partner. This extension may be available for a fee. Money-back guarantee If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the program and you are the original licensee, you may obtain a refund of the amount you paid for it, if within 30 days of your invoice date you return the program and its PoE to the party from whom you obtained it. If you downloaded the program, you may contact the party from whom you acquired it for instructions on how to obtain the refund. For clarification, note that (1) for programs acquired under the IBM International Passport Advantage offering, this term applies only to your first acquisition of the program and (2) for programs acquired under any of IBM's On/Off Capacity on Demand (On/Off CoD) software offerings, this term does not apply since these offerings apply to programs already acquired and in use by you. Volume orders (IVO) No Passport Advantage applies IBM is a registered trademark of International Business Machines Corporation 15

Yes, information is available on the Passport Advantage and Passport Advantage Express website. Software Subscription and Support applies Yes. Software Subscription and Support (also referred to as Software Maintenance) is included with licenses purchased through Passport Advantage and Passport Advantage Express. Product upgrades and Technical Support are provided by the Software Subscription and Support offering as described in the Agreements. Product upgrades provide the latest versions and releases to entitled software and Technical Support provides voice and electronic access to IBM support organizations, worldwide. IBM includes one year of Software Subscription and Support with each program license acquired. The initial period of Software Subscription and Support can be extended by the purchase of a renewal option, if available. While your Software Subscription and Support is in effect, IBM provides you assistance for your routine, short duration installation and usage (how-to) questions, and code-related questions. IBM provides assistance by telephone and, if available, electronic access, only to your information systems (IS) technical support personnel during the normal business hours (published prime shift hours) of your IBM support center. (This assistance is not available to your users.) IBM provides Severity 1 assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For additional details, see the IBM Software Support Handbook. Software Subscription and Support does not include assistance for the design and development of applications, your use of programs in other than their specified operating environment, or failures caused by products for which IBM is not responsible under the applicable agreements. For additional information about the International Passport Advantage Agreement and the IBM International Passport Advantage Express Agreement, go to the Passport Advantage and Passport Advantage Express website. System i Software Maintenance applies No Variable charges apply No Educational allowance available Education allowance does not apply. Education software allowance does not apply. Special education prices are available for qualified customers through Passport Advantage. Statement of good security practices IT system security involves protecting systems and information through prevention, detection, and response to improper access from within and outside your enterprise. Improper access can result in information being altered, destroyed, or misappropriated or can result in misuse of your systems to attack others. Without a comprehensive approach to security, no IT system or product should be considered completely secure and no single product or security measure can be completely effective in preventing improper access. IBM systems and products are designed to be part of a lawful, comprehensive security approach, which will necessarily involve additional operational procedures, and may require other systems, products, or services to be most effective.
