Create, manage, and send mobile terminated text messages to receive mobile originated message. Process unsubscribe messages. Report on SMS activity. Silverpop Engage SMS pricing is based on the country where messages are being sent to and include multiple fees for the following: A monthly base access fee for the type of code required for each country and its corresponding setup fee Transactional fees by country for the message volume being sent Overview IBM Silverpop Engage provides cloud-based digital marketing solutions that include marketing, lead management, and mobile engagement solutions. Silverpop Engage enables marketers to use customer data and individual behaviors, collected from a variety of sources, to inform and drive personalized customer interactions in real time. By providing deep, behavior-based customer insights and an intuitive engagement engine, Silverpop Engage reduces the complexity of omni-channel marketing and helps enable marketers to deliver exceptional experiences for customers across the entire buyer journey. Silverpop Engage updates IBM Silverpop Engage short messaging service (SMS) is a web-based mobile messaging application that combines global reach with multiple package, code, and volume options, allowing you to tailor a solution to your specific needs. Silverpop Engage SMS pricing is based on the country where messages are being sent to, the specific codes being used, the message volume, along with the associated access and setup fees for each message type. IBM Silverpop (R) Additional Environment provides an additional Silverpop Engage organization, which is an independent environment setup in Silverpop Engage usually to add an additional company or division. 2 IBM Silverpop CRM Integration enables organizations to establish a synchronization of data between certain commercially available customer relationship management (CRM) systems, such as Salesforce.com, Microsoft TM Dynamics CRM, and Silverpop Engage. Integration is limited to one CRM system instance and one Silverpop Engage database. This offering does not include integration with Scribe. If that type of integration is needed, use IBM Silverpop CRM Integration with Scribe. IBM Silverpop WebEx Integration provides Silverpop Engage functionality for use with one instance of Cisco WebEx. This integration imports attendee session and profile data into a Silverpop Engage Relational Table on a daily basis. Organizations must purchase their Citrix WebEx license separately. IBM Silverpop Citrix Integration provides Silverpop Engage functionality for use with one instance of the Citrix GoToWebinar, Citrix GoToMeeting, or Citrix GoToTraining. This integration imports attendee session and profile data into a Silverpop Engage Relational Table on a daily basis. Organizations must purchase their Citrix license separately. IBM Silverpop Transact Magento Integration enables the routing of relevant transactional s generated by a Magento instance through the Silverpop Transact transactional service. A license for Magento is also required, which organizations must purchase separately from the vendor. IBM Silverpop Universal Behaviors Additional Stream provides an additional data stream for IBM Silverpop Universal Behaviors. This is for organizations that need an additional data stream beyond the unlimited IBM integrated product data streams and the three additional third-party or custom data streams available with Silverpop Universal Behaviors base license. IBM Silverpop Essentials Standard Ongoing Service can be used for selfservice organizations in emerging markets or the mid-market that want to establish solid fundamentals and practices. The offer is a 12-month program working with a Silverpop consultant. This offer is not intended for project-based work but for ongoing structured guidance facilitated by a Silverpop consultant. The service will not exceed four hours per month. IBM Silverpop Essentials Premium Ongoing Service can be used for selfservice organizations in emerging markets or the mid-market that want to accelerate their marketing capabilities and expertise. The offer is a 12-month program working with a Silverpop consultant. This offer is not intended for projectbased work but for on-going structured guidance and learning facilitated by a Silverpop consultant. The service will not exceed seven hours per month. IBM Silverpop Instructor Led Training (webinar and IBM facility) allows organizations to purchase a single day or multiple days of Silverpop Engage training. Each day purchased will include up to eight hours of instruction and practice, including multiple short breaks and an hour break for lunch. The agenda can be tailored to cover the topics organizations would like to learn. The training is delivered through a webinar environment or at an approved IBM facility. Automates SMS message and response campaigns to deliver the right information based on specific keywords. Engages in a two-way dialog that delivers interactive campaigns designed to look for specific keywords and respond appropriately based on the keyword that is entered. Uses any of the multitude of tracked cross-channel behaviors to trigger SMS messages. Includes SMS in multichannel campaigns, including , web, and social and offline activities. Utilizes a single platform and avoids the inefficiencies of transferring data into disparate systems. IBM Silverpop CRM Integration: Enables organizations to establish a synchronization of data between certain commercially available customer relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce.com,, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and IBM Silverpop Engage. IBM Silverpop WebEx Integration: Imports Cisco WebEx attendee session and profile data into a Silverpop Engage Relational Table on a daily basis. An Access is the rights to use the IBM SaaS. You must obtain a single Access entitlement in order to use the IBM SaaS during the measurement period specified in the Proof of Entitlement (PoE) or Order Document. Event is a unit of measure by which the IBM SaaS can be obtained. Event entitlements are based on the number of occurrences of a specific event related to the use of the IBM SaaS. Event entitlements are specific to the IBM SaaS and the type of event may not be exchanged, interchanged, or aggregated with other Event entitlements of another IBM SaaS or type of event. Sufficient entitlements must be obtained to cover every event that occurs during the measurement period specified in a PoE or Transaction Document. Engagement is a unit of measure by which the IBM SaaS can be obtained. An engagement consists of professional or training services related to the IBM SaaS. Sufficient entitlements must be obtained to cover each engagement. Application Instance is a unit of measure by which the IBM SaaS can be obtained. An Application Instance entitlement is required for each instance of an Application connected to the IBM SaaS. If an Application has multiple components, each of which serves a distinct purpose or user base, and each of which can be connected to or managed by the IBM SaaS, each such component is considered a separate Application. Additionally, test, development, staging, and production environments for an Application are each considered to be separate instances of the Application and each must have an entitlement. Multiple Application instances in a single environment are each considered to be separate instances of the Application and each must have an entitlement. Sufficient entitlements must be obtained to cover the number of Application Instances connected to the IBM SaaS during the measurement period specified in customer's PoE or Transaction Document. Digital Message is a unit of measure by which the IBM SaaS can be obtained. A Digital Message is an electronic communication managed or processed by the IBM SaaS. Sufficient entitlements must be obtained to cover the total number of Digital Messages managed or processed by the IBM SaaS during the measurement period specified in customer's PoE or Transaction Document. Instance is a unit of measure by which the IBM SaaS can be obtained. An Instance is access to a specific configuration of the IBM SaaS. Sufficient entitlements must be obtained for each Instance of the IBM SaaS made available to access and use during the measurement period specified in the PoE or Order Document.
