3 Overview If you have AT&T VPN transport service, you can now place orders online through Business Center. Business Center provides a more effortless and intuitive environment. Place orders for your network inventory assets in less time and with fewer clicks. Order activities currently available in Business Center are limited. We re working to provide you with additional order activities soon. From Business Center, you can easily access your order activities on AT&T BusinessDirect AT&T Intellectual Property. 4 Access your Network Inventory page AT&T VPN orders for your assets are initiated from the Network Inventory page. From the Business Center dashboard, there are three ways you can access your Network Inventory page. Use one of the following. ) On the top menu, click Manage, click Network, and then click View All Inventory. 2) In the Network Map widget, click Inventory. 3) In the Orders widget, click the Start Order button AT&T Intellectual Property. 5 Find your asset From the Network Inventory page, you can find a specific asset and initiate the order.. To find your asset, browse your inventory list or search for a specific circuit or channel. 2. To select a site, click the plus (+) sign next to the location. 3. To see the circuit and the channels, click the plus (+) signs to expand the list. 4. To create an order for a circuit or channel, click the Actions arrow. 6 Select your order type On the Manage page, under Port/Logical Channel Speed, click the icon and select your order type.. You can expand each section to learn more about your location, circuit, and channels. 2. At the bottom of the page under Port/Logical Channel Speed, click the icon to see a list of available order types. 3. Select your order type. This opens the Configure page. 7 Configure your order On the Configure page, follow the steps on the step tracker. You may have two steps or multiple steps to complete. The final page is always your review page. When the configure steps are complete, click the Review button to review your order AT&T Intellectual Property. All rights reserved. 8 Review and submit your order On the Review page, you can review your configuration changes and submit your order.. Review the Current Configuration and the New Configuration details. An Updated badge highlights the changes requested. 2. To return to the Configuration page and make changes, click Edit. 3. To request a provisioning date, select Choose a date and time for the order. 4. To submit your order, click the Submit button AT&T Intellectual Property. All rights reserved. 9 View your order status If the order is successfully submitted, you ll see a Success message on the page. You can also view the status of your Business Center orders using the Orders widget.. On the Orders widget, select a status, such as Completed. 2. The Order Status Activity page appears. All Completed orders are listed. 3. To expand or narrow your order activity results, select additional statuses, services, and date range AT&T Intellectual Property. All rights reserved. 10 Access order activities on AT&T BusinessDirect From the AT&T BusinessDirect Tools widget, you can access order activities connected to your account but not yet available on Business Center.. Select the Ordering & Status category, and then Order Business Services. 2. The AT&T BusinessDirect Order Business Services tool opens in a separate window for easy access AT&T Intellectual Property.
