10 Account Activation Errors and Solutions Certain error messages may appear during account activation: Error: Password doesn t match address Solution: Select Forgot Password Error: An account with the same address already exists Tradeshift requires that every company account be created with an individual address Solution: If an address has already been used in Tradeshift, use a different address or log into the existing company profile and contact Tradeshift support to connect to UPS 2015 United Parcel Service of America, Inc. 17 How to Change Account Address If the account needs to be registered under a different address, select the initials on the bottom left hand corner of the menu and then select Change After entering the new address, a notification will be sent for verification 2015 United Parcel Service of America, Inc. 21 How to Add Team Members Select Add User to invite a team member to join the company s account and an invitation will be sent Select Role to choose the user s access rights The User role has limited access; can create and submit documents, but cannot add or remove team members, edit account details, or update the company profile The Admin role has all access; can add or remove team members, edit account details and update the company profile 2015 United Parcel Service of America, Inc.
