Do your kids wonder what kind of mood you ll be in today? Guess what. You are NOT alone! Learn how to escape from the struggles of working shift work. Leave with practical tips you can put to use the moment you walk out the door!) The Right Response: Approaching Person Affected by Alzheimer s or Dementia (This session will provide insight for public safety professionals who encounter citizens with dementia or Alzheimer's or their caregivers. Learn more about how to handle those interactions from the state program director of the South Dakota Alzheimer's Association.) Understanding and Identifying Human Trafficking (The New Colossus will cover the basics of Human Trafficking in the US, including commercial sexual exploitation of children. This session will cover red flags, vulnerabilities, prevention, and intervention practices.) Active Shooter-Now What? (This session will feature how agencies developed an active shooter protocol from start to finish, and hear real-life stories of active shooter accounts. Learn how to incorporate Zuercher Suite into aiding with active shooter situations.) Police Recruiting in 2017 (Agencies will discuss the challenges faced and methods employed to recruit a new generation of officers.) Zuercher Suite Software Sessions Experienced Customers Wanted (This session is for agencies who have been with Zuercher more than two years. We will discuss and showcase how agencies have adapted to the software and ways to get the most out of your system.) Records Management: No Duplicates Allowed (Duplicate records can be a hassle. Use this session to learn new ways to clean up records and standardize the entry of names, vehicles, and addresses. Information needs to be accurate and dependable. Let us show you how to employ processes that will keep your data exceptional and organized.) NCIC: Don t Just Use it, Own It (We will be demonstrating and discussing a multitude of ways agencies can configure NCIC to work for them. This session will include Bulletin Alerts, NCIC Automation, Command Line driven Queries, and more!) Track Your Inmates: From the Control Room or On the Go (Inmate Activities are continuously being monitored and logged. Zuercher Suite has made this necessary documentation intuitive and user-friendly via bulk management, barcode scanning, scheduling activities ahead of time, and providing mobility via tablet support. This session includes review of all the latest Inmate Activity tracking enhancements as well as tips on using this feature within Zuercher Suite.)
2 Everything Minnesota: NIBRS, echarging, and more (We are working hard for our MN agencies to make sure they have the unique tools necessary to make their jobs easier. This session will cover our MN-specific features, interfaces, and recent enhancements such as echarging, NIBRS Updates, MOC Builder, Statute Updater and more.) Report Builder: Let's Get Back to Basics (This session is geared toward new users and experienced users alike. If you feel like you haven't been fully utilizing the report builder or have just recently gone live and aren't quite sure you've got a full grasp on the product, this session will teach basic reports from start to finish, using examples from existing agencies and areas you're most likely to report on.) Property and Evidence Made Easy, With Barcodes, Dashboards, and More (Property and Evidence Management and tracking can be a daunting task. Zuercher Suite has multiple ways to simplify this job at an agency by using barcodes and scanners, inventory auditing, bulk management, and Dashboards.) Creating CAD Templates That Work On the Move (This session will demonstrate best practices for using Mobile CAD Templates, configuration, and demonstrations of successful templates that save time and increase officer safety.) Creating Custom Fields and Reporting On Them (If you want to log data or track information that doesn t have a spot in Zuercher Suite, then custom fields and reporting may be what you re missing. This session will cover how to create a custom field and then report on it.) Zuercher Reporting and Excel: Making It Easy (Statistics are important, especially from a managerial perspective. This session will show several real life examples of how to use our Report Generator, both on its own and in conjunction with Microsoft Excel, to make gathering numbers simple and clean.) Roundtable: Zuercher Jail (This session is dedicated to sharing ideas and success stories and discussing industry trends. Attend this roundtable to take advantage of the experiences of your fellow Zuercher Jail users.) CAD Windows: Your Window Into Situational Awareness (This session is geared towards those users who have been using the system for a while and want a refresher/update in setting up and configuring their CAD Windows. We will discuss the CAD windows available and best recommendations in sizing, filtering, and configuration.) New to Zuercher Civil? This class is for you! (Did you start using Zuercher Civil this year or are you currently implementing Zuercher Civil? This is the session for you! We will review some of the basic features of Zuercher Civil Processes: Civil paper and Execution Categories, worksheets, and tracking civil service attempts.) Post Implementation Support - Let's Keep In Touch! (Whether you ve just recently gone live with the software or you ve been part of the Zuercher family for a long time, this session is for you! We ll show you around in the new Customer Service Center, talk about best practices for submitting tickets to Support, how Client Relations fits in, and much more. We know that you re our best source for feedback on how we can help you get the most out of your software and we re excited to talk about how we can keep in touch!) Stay Current With the New Features in Case Reports and Records (Want to make sure you are staying up to date with the new records features? This session will cover many of the features that have been added and discuss how these features can help with your daily operations. Topics include the ability to hide specific case report types, updates to the sex offender module, digital lineup, and much more.) Custom Dashboard Parts - Using Reports to Make the Dashboard Your Own (Did you know you can create custom dashboard parts from our Report Generator? In this session, we will discuss creative methods customers have used to create custom dashboard parts to improve their agency's processes.) CAD Unit Recommendation and What It Can Do For You (This session is for anyone that currently uses Unit Recommendation and wants to utilize it better, all the way to newly implemented agencies that aren't sure what it could do for them. This class will demonstrate how different agencies are using unit rec, different ways you can use unit rec, and we'll also go through a basic setup.)

Topics will include: Address Entry, Agency Specific Incident Codes, Bulletins, new commands, and updates to Run Cards!) Do More in Less Time With Zuercher ecitations (Explore ideas related to ecitation templates, quick access buttons, and other options to help quickly create ecitations. In addition, see some of the new features, including the ability to automatically import ecitations from Zuercher Extend.) Stay Scheduling: For Visitors That Check In and Out of the Incarceration Motel (Inmates that leave a jail facility periodically can be difficult to track. Zuercher Suite can help jails track weekenders, furloughs, electronic monitored, or drug court inmates via stay scheduling. Want to know how to track where they are, or when they're expected to check in or out? Don't miss this session!) Agency Administration: Unleash Your Organizational Potential! (Why Agency Administration? Come to this session to learn what we can get out of it and how it can truly help you.) Administrator Audits/Subscriptions: Be Audit You Can Be (This is a session for system administrators to learn best practices on database auditing and record subscribing. Subscriptions are a powerful tool in receiving immediate notification of changes to records. Why not take advantage of it? This session will cover the unique and newer configuration items that you can use to make Civil your own.) LETG Update (Come hear about what where we ve been with LETG and where we re going.) ecitations Best Practices (Best practices for complemergitechng a citation within Field Reporting, Violation Admin management, and ecitation submissions.) Roundtable: New Jail (Come and learn about the features of the new LETG Jail and the customers that are currently using it.) NIBRS Integration with LETG RMS (NIBRS is the National Incident Based Reporting System that will be replaing CJRS. Come to this session to learn about the current status of the NIBRS integration with LETG RMS and what the next steps will be for your agency.) Expunging Records (Roseville Police Department will be showcasing their agency expungement process.) Roundtable: RMS (This Q/A session will focus on RMS functionality and how agencies use the system. Customer discussion will be encouraged.) Transitioning to Zuercher Suite (This session is for any customers that are interested in the transition process from LETG to Zuercher Suite. We'll also focus on the implementation process.) Dynaforms Tips and Tricks (This session will focus on best practices for using Dynaforms and form sharing.) Roundtable: CAD/Mobile (This Q/A session will focus on CAD and Mobile functionality and how agencies use their system. Customer discussion will be encouraged in this session.)
