2 Introduction/Objectives Based upon a demonstrated need, a Portable Multi-Sensor Data Collection Platform was developed. This Platform and derivative devices have been deployed and are in use for Emergency & Standard Operations and Planning/Engineering use. This presentation will provide you with a top level perspective, including the performance specifications, overall system architecture, discussion of system testing, reliability of the system as well as lessons learned and an introduction into alternate business models.
