4 ROV PIPELINE INSPECTION SYSTEM MCS Pipeline Commander Solution, covers all digital video recording, sensors, data acquisition, processing, charting and reporting according to strict QA & QC procedures. All survey events are represented with interactive 3D objects models synchronized with the survey data. The 3 video streams that come from ROV cameras (port, center and starboard) are combined into one extremely accurate synchronized single video file with KP and time stamp. All inspection data are consolidated in centralized data base in a user-friendly interface, fully synchronized together along with the audio / videos file, with respect to time and KP stamped. Capable of displaying customized overlay according to clients standards (fixed or dynamic overlay over recorded video) such as date, time, KP, east, north etc. Client can manipulate data, filter and set queries supporting decision making process. Ability to view all historical anomalies over different inspection campaigns. In line Inspection (ILI) intelligent pigging data is automatically aligned/integrated with external data achieving a comprehensive awareness of the pipeline internal and external condition, supporting engineering assessment. PRC model can be integrated for areas of concerns, where precise measurements are required (Free span, crossing, mechanical and damage assessment, etc.) Automated daily anomaly report on the vessel with video grabs and images. 4 COMPANY PROFILE

6 PLATFORM AND SUBSEA STRUCTURE INSPECTION PROJECTS MCS Structure Commander Solution covers digital video recording, data acquisition, online eventing, task scheduling, and reporting using a comprehensive and interactive 3D model integrated with an elaborative database, designed to be compatible with all major industry standard format. All data are logged into centralized database for comparison with future inspections and for tracking the anomalies status using the historical data from several pervious inspection campaigns. 3D interactive model synchronized with video and all other inspection data (video, UT, CP... ). The 3D model has the ability to be defined and broken down according to Company standards. Generating work packs according to the scope of work and client inspection procedures, with the possibility to add extra tasks according to the findings during the inspection with no interruption to the operation. Creating video clips with customized overlay according to client requirements (fixed or dynamic overlay over recorded video) for any area of interest. Ability to browse a specific component (ex: member, riser, clamp, etc.) and its related inspection video and other information. Ability to manipulate data, filter and set queries according to client requirements. Automated daily anomaly report on the vessel with video grabs and images.
