In addition to the standard reports we deliver, we also provide reporting tools that you use to create new reports. Your database contains a wealth of information that you ve carefully entered, maintained, and secured for the ultimate purpose of generating timely, meaningful, presentation-quality reports. The reporting capabilities of PeopleSoft applications enable you to access the data you need and to present it in the form that is most useful for those who depend on you for financial and management information. The tools are easy to use, so you don t have to rely on technical support to create queries or reports. That means you can get all the information you need, when you need it. The information in this section is common to all PeopleSoft Financial applications. Some of the pages used to generate reports have other application-specific functionality as well. 8 PeopleSoft Report Descriptions The following is a list of the standard financial reports that may be included with your PeopleSoft application. APY1200 Displays totals for all debits and credits for each journal type such as sales journal or financial. RUN_APY1200 APY1200A by Alternate Account Displays totals for all debits and credits for each journal type with alternate accounts. RUN_APY1200A APY1201, No Document Sequencing Displays totals for all debits and credits for each journal type such as sales journal or financial with no document sequencing. RUN_APY1201 APY1201A by Alternate Account with no Document Sequencing Displays totals for all debits and credits for each journal type by alternate accounts with no document sequencing. RUN_APY1201A APY1210 Journal Account Summary Displays total debits and credits for each account within the specified journal type. Journal Account Summary RUN_APY1210 APY1211 Journal Account Summary, no document sequencing Lists debits and credits in the ledger currency for each account for specified journal types. Journal Account Summary RUN_APY1211 APY1220 Transaction Detail by Account Displays journal entries for selected payable accounts or alternate accounts by accounting period and vendor. Transaction Detail by Account RUN_APY1220 APY1230 Balance by Account/Vendor Displays the beginning balance, ending balance, and credit and debit totals for selected vendors by payables account or alternate account. Balance by Vendor/Account RUN_APY3210 AR80011 Summarizes the debits and credits for a ledger in the ledger currency by journal type for a selected date. Accounts Receivable, RUN_AR80011 AR80012 Journal Account Summary Lists the debits and credits in the ledger currency for each account for specified journal types and a selected date range and business unit. The report provides subtotals by subclass and class for each account if requested. For example, there is a subtotal for class each time the first digit in the account changes. (SQR) Accounts Receivable, Journal Account Summary RUN_AR80012 AR80013 Balances By Account/Custo mer Lists the beginning balance, ending balance, and credit and debit totals for selected accounting periods for each selected Receivables account by customer in a business unit. Accounts Receivable, Balance by Account/Customer RUN_AR80013 AR80014 Balance By Customer/Acco unt Lists the beginning balance, ending balance and credit and debit totals for a selected accounting period for each selected customer by Receivables account in a business unit. 10 AR80015 Transaction Detail by Account Lists journal entries for selected Receivables accounts in a business unit by accounting period and customer. The report includes the beginning balance (in the ledger currency), ending balance, accounting date, document sequencing date, line item description, journal type, journal code, document type, document sequencing number, debits and credits (in the ledger currency), debits and credits in the foreign currency, if requested, with the foreign currency rate type and exchange rate). Accounts Receivables, Transaction Detail by Account RUN_AR80015 AR80016 Transaction Detail by Customer Lists journal entries for selected customers in a business unit by customer, account, and accounting period. The report includes: the beginning balance (in the ledger currency), ending balance, accounting date, document sequencing date, line item description, journal type, journal code, document type, document sequencing number, debits and credits (in the ledger currency), and debits and credits in the foreign currency, if requested with the foreign currency rate type and exchange rate. Accounts Receivable, Transaction Detail by Customer RUN_AR80016 FIN0021 Ledgers for a Business Unit International customers require the ability to handle multiple Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) with the same accounting system. This report is a complete balance sheet for each GAAP. (SQR) Setup Financials/Supply Chain, Business Unit Related, Reports, Ledgers for a Unit RUN_FIN0021 FIN0035 Currency Codes Displays information about a currency, including code, effective date, description, symbol, country, and decimal precision. Includes descriptions for each journal type and indicates whether they are sequenced by document type or journal code. Related to document sequencing. 12 FIN0070 Italian Statutory Reports These Italian statutory reports must be printed on legalized paper. Legalized paper meaning this paper has been authenticated and stamped by a notary public. The paper does not contain data. It remains blank except pages are numbered and contain some mandatory information on the header of each page. Because of the design of such reports, they cannot use the standard PeopleSoft SQR headers. ITA - Legalized Paper RUN_FIN0070 FIN2002D Journal Activity Displays summary information for all journals entered in the system for a business unit and ledger within the specified date range. Provides the option to list journals by journal type, journal code, and document type for business units that are Document Sequencing enabled. Prints the journals in ascending ID order and shows the journal date, journal ID, description, and debit and credit amount totals for each journal. Also prints a report (FIN2002D) and an Account Summary report (FIN2002S). (SQR) General Ledger, Journal Activity RUN_FIN2002 FIN2002S Journal Account Summary Displays the same as FIN2002D, but lists account summary information account, description, debits and credits for all journal entries entered in the system for a business unit and ledger within the specified date range. Also provides flexible subtotaling option by account. (SQR) General Ledger, Journal Activity RUN_FIN2002 FIN2003 GL Activity (Contra) Displays PeopleSoft General Ledger activity reports (Stat Contra Account Activity), including the specified range of accounts by business unit, ledger, fiscal year, and period. 13 FIN5001 General Ledger Subsystem Reconciliation By System Source Show totals and balances for the same transactions as they are posted to the application and to general ledger. Use it to reconcile general ledger balances to the accounting transactions that enter the general ledger from the subsystem application. Reconciliation by Sys Source RUN_FIN5001 FIN5002 Accounting Transaction Control Tracks document sequencing. Each transaction must exist only once and must be serially numbered. Any used sequence number that is deleted is recorded in order to track sequencing gaps. (SQR) General Ledger, AR/AP Doc Sequence RUN_FIN5002 FIN5003 Libro Sezionale Prints the journals that relate to vendors and customers and is produced based on the PeopleSoft Statutory Report Loader (FS_FINRPTFS) tables, and is printed on legalized paper in the Italian language only. (SQR) ITA - Detail Book RUN_FIN5003 FIN5004 Libro Giornale Prints accounting transactions that are recorded daily in a book called Libro Giornale, which contains all accounting entries posted during the year. It is produced based on the General Ledger tables. This report prints on legalized paper in the Italian language only. (SQR) ITA - Journal Book RUN_FIN5004 FIN5005 General Ledger Subsystem Reconciliation by Account Shows totals and balances for the same transactions as they are posted to the application and to the general ledger. Use it to reconcile your general ledger balances to the accounting transactions that enter the general ledger from the subsystem application.
