4 1. Introduction 1.1. Introduction This tutorial is dedicated for any e retailer who bought the module My Easy ERP and based on Prestashop platform. This is a comprehensive package of ERP integrated in Prestashop, to facilitate the management of your stock daily and restocking your products from your suppliers stock. Using My Easy ERP it s finished with logistical issues, stockouts, constraints replenishment costs to excessive stocks... With My Easy ERP module, adjust your inventory for your sales! 1.2. Overview This module My Easy ERP for Prestashop responds effecientely to the problems of logistics and inventory management (stock status) with a complete and powerful ERP solution integrated, easy to configure and cost less. This module is the result of our many years of experience in logistics and management issues related to e commerce and in Prestashop technology as we are a certified partner. Our goal is to provide a module that meets the logistics issues of the largest number of retailers using Prestashop while offering advanced features if necessary. Methods : Lean or Classic Mode In Classic mode we have provided the option to enable a calculation based replenishment by: an expert mode that automates the replenishment orders based on inventory levels and replenishment time according to the normal law" ( mathematical law of probability) used in logistics to anticipate stockouts automating replenishment according to sales statistics over a given period, the replenishment lead times and different stocks (real stock, safety stock, reorder point, expected stock stocks). My Easy ERP module allows use in Lean mode and / or Classic: 1. 8 2 Installation This document contains different installation modes Copying file Via FTP (File Tranfer Protocol) Copy the folder wic_erp in the directory /modules of your Prestashop. Use a FTP tool typefilezilla for your files transfer. Download and documentation : project.org/ Via your Prestashop administration interface Check in advance with your network administrator that your / modules have the correct permissions to upload files. Click on "Add Module", select your file, then click on "Add this line module." 2.2. Module Installation Once you installed the files on your server, log in Prestashop Back Office and click on the My Easy ERP for Prestashop Web In Color Page 8/36

9 "Modules" tab. You can also find the module by typing its name in the search bar provided for this purpose. In the modules page, click the "Install" button to the right of the module "My Easy ERP". 14 Configuration module is segmented into 8 sections by default when the Classic mode is active. 1. Configure your stock management (see paragraph 3.1.) 2. Setting your orders status (see paragraph 3.2.) 3. Configuring your order products (see paragraph 3.3.) 4. Configuring your inventory management (see paragraph 3.4.) 5. Suppliers default configuration (see paragraph 3.5.) 6. Default products configuration (see paragraph 3.6.) 7. Updating configuration (see section 3.7.) 8. CRONs configuration (see paragraph 3.6.) Operation and differentiation of the two modes Installing the module My Easy ERP will create automatically in your Back Office an additional tab "My Easy ERP" consisting of 4 or 6 submenus if set and configured.
