Reports: The following is a brief explanation of what information each report provides. Historical Cash Flow Report This report is generated automatically from information transferred from the Ag-Finance program. The report vividly illustrates what occurred during the previous year. Historical information is helpful for the planning of next year s budget. Profit/Cost Report This report is generated for a specific crop, enterprise, or field. Income and expense account items are shown in terms of per unit of production (cwt., lb., bu., etc..), per unit of size (acre, hectare, etc.), and totals. Also included in this report is a calculated breakeven price and breakeven yield. Cash Flow Report This report allows the user to evaluate the impact of the timing of cash flow items such as loan payments, commodity sales, and expense factors.
