16 RESOLUTION Of THE ARCHITECTURAL COMMISSION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW PERMIT OF A FACADE MODIFICATION, LANDSCAPING, EXTERNAL LIGHTING AND CITY Of BEVERLY KILLS CONDITIONALLY APPROVING AN BUILDING IDENTIFICATION SIGNAGE FOR THE PROPERTY The Architectural Commission of the City of Beverly Kills hereby finds, resolves and detentiines LOCATED AT 330 NORTH CRESCENT DRIVE (PL ). Pagelof5 ACXX-18 Guidelines in that the project includes the review of building design, colors and materials to the façade of California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA Public Public Resources Code 2I ), pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the State CEQA CEQA Guidelines. The subject project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA CEQA Guidelines (California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Sections et seq.), and the city s local Resource Code Sections 21000, et seq.), the State Section 4.
