19 TUBE CONNECTORS SYSTEM Different lengths of metal parts are connected with screws, ensuring strong and seismically stable aerodynamic construction. Construction frame are made from various types of pipes: stainless or galvanized steel, aluminium. paintingposibility with wide choice of desired colours. The temporary structure can be installed on all types of surfaces: asphalt, wooden terraces and elsewhere. It can be attached to the ground or surface with a help of anchors or weights. Permanent structure is attached to a concrete foundation or other solid surface.

23 TRANSPARENT PVC TARPAULIN COVER Transparent pavilions, greenhouses or window coverings are made from unreinforced or reinforced transparent PVC tarpaulin with coloured decorative elements. Transparent PVC tarpaulin is hardly flammable and has long life, spends UV and solar radiation required for plant photosynthesis. Easily cleaned with regular detergents, waterproof. Can be used during winter season. All tilt products are seam solder with high frequency equipment, can be welded or sewn

24 THERMAL INSULATION AND HEATING For pavilion heating can be used convectional or IR heating system For frequent use in winter we recomend to use double tilt, to provide an additional heat resistance. Using pavilion in the cold winter or hot summer, we recommend additional insulation thermo multilayer film. Thermo material is thin, lightweight, fire resistant, easy to install, does not reduce the space inside the pavilion. Easy to store, easy to apply and can be mounted on the frame at the top of the roof structure or inside. High coefficient of insulation. Correctly assembled construction with Aluthermo Quattro insulation thermal resistance (R) is 5.7 K/W m 2. Waterproof and protected from condensate. Warm and humid indoor air are not in contact with the cold outside air for two separated layers of air bubbles witch are not in contact with each other.

25 ENTRANCE, WINDOWS, PROMOTIONAL BANNERS s Additionally we can install an elegant O- door entrance, witch fits perfectly into the light construction building s geometry. Cover is made from long life and strong architectural PVC tarpaulin. Wide range of desired colours and materials allows us to change the design according to everyone s wishes. Windows Windows are made from high quality transparent PVC tarpaulin, simply opened or unhooked. Can be with a mosquito net or without it. Promotional banners There is possibility to use easily replaceable promotional PVC tarpaulin banners with photo print or stickers that can be attached outside or inside of pavilion.

27 MOBILE STAGES ESTRADA Assembled and dismantled mobile stages are attached to the ground with fast mounted helical foundations or weights. We are using wooden, galvanized or stainless steel frame for mobile stages. For covers: transparentor coloured architectural tilt.

30 DESIGN Structures and materials are selected by the assessment of snow and wind loads. The design documentation meets the Republic of Lithuania STR and EN requirements. We give 5 years warranty period for stationary operated structures. World practice shows that stationary operated tilt structures have long life can serve without major repairs up to 20 years. According to the drawings and schemes our products can be easily assembled by yourself.
