2 Kingspan Gefinex Geficell /Gefitas We produce our XPE foa overlays and underlays for a range of different fields of use. Fro frost protection right through to parquet underlays we always have just the right solution in our product range. Overview As frost protection for newly poured concrete As footfall sound insulation in housing construction under floating floor screed in accordance with DIN Part 2 As a leveller of uneven surfaces on solid ineral substrates As an underlay beneath floating lainate and parquet flooring Description Kingspan Gefinex Geficell concrete overlays protect the newly poured concrete fro frost. In order to avoid any daage, our concrete overlays are placed iediately on the freshly laid concrete layer and kept there if possible throughout the entire hardening process. Kingspan Gefinex Geficell PE TDZ acts as footfall sound insulation. In order toavoid footfall noise, it is iportant that the floating floor screed does not coe into direct contact with the adjoining structural eleents. Kingspan Gefinex parquet and lainate sheet underlays protect the floor covering fro daage caused by unevenness and oisture. They also have sound-insulating properties. Kingspan Gefinex Geficell Basic PE foa insulating underlays have already proven theselves soe ties over and serve above all as a ethod of levelling out uneven substrates. They protect the fl ooring fro daage caused by unevenness and oisture. They also have sound-insulating properties. All sheet underlays are categorised into the building aterial class B2 in accordance with DIN 4102 and are suitable for underfl oor heating. Kingspan Gefi nex Gefi cell PE Cofort 120 is the sheet underlay for higher deands with a density of approx. 120 /³. It is highly elastic and ipresses with its high degree of peranent pressure resistance. In coparison with Kingspan Gefi nex Gefi cell PE Parquet Underlay, Kingspan Gefi nex Gefi cell Cofort 120 produces a signifi cant enhanceent in footfall and walking sound insulation perforance.
