4 MAILBOX WE KNOW THE ART OF STEEL It is to certified that M/s PAK STEEL Re-Rolling Mills Located at 25-26, I-9, Industrial Area, is our regular supplier of Deformed Steel Bars Grade-60 approved from our consultant M/s Geo Typsa. They have delivered a huge quantity of approximately 9,000 metric tons steel from September 2005 till date. We firmly believe that M/s PAK STEEL Re-Rolling Mills played a unique role to which proved a great contribution real success in the execution of Lowari Rail Tunnel Project (Awarded by Government of Pakistan). We found that quality and services of M/s PAK STEEL Re-Rolling Mills as satisfactory. We hope that this long relationship will continue in future. We have used steel bars of PAK STEEL Re-Rolling Mills and found them according to specification & standard laid down by consultant. We are fully satisfied with their products and delivery. This is to certified that M/s PAK STEEL Re-Rolling Mills Islamabad has been supplying 4,000 metric tons steel Grade-60 and Grade-40 (ASTM A-615) reinforcement bars to us at Mangla Dam Raising Project (MDR-24,25&34). They have supplied us Grade-60 steel conforming to ASTM A-615 and quality of steel was superb and passed the specifications and supply was on time as per their commitment. Achieved ISO-9002 certification on 1st audit in PAK STEEL is the first ISO Certified Steel Re-Rolling Mill in Pakistan. We, at PAK STEEL, are committed to customer satisfaction by producing quality products on time and every time and aim for continuous improvement through team work The Quality Policy existing at PAK STEEL integrates several key factors that streamline the production process. These factors include the Provision of Resources, Human Resources, Infrastructure and Work Environment, as defined by the ISO 9001:2000 certification requirements. The Provision of Resources includes implementation and improvement of the quality management system and complete customer satisfaction. The Provision of Human Resources includes an overall management of employees including training, awareness and competency, safety and the general well-being of all employees. The Provision of Infrastructure ensures that the facility of Pak Steel adheres to levels of the ISO 9001:2008 certification standards as well as general safety requirements. Also included are process equipment (hardware and software), and support services (communication and transport). The provision of a healthy work environment ensures a safe and productive atmosphere for all employees. LABORATORY WITH THE INCREASED GLOBAL RELIANCE ON LABORATORIES, PAK STEEL HAS ESTABLISHED THE MOST MODERN QUALITY CONTROL (QC) LAB TO MAINTAIN THE HIGHEST QUALITY PRECISION STANDARDS. We, at Pak Steel, strictly adhere to the ASTM and BSI international standards. Our QC section samples each lot/batch and inspects the quality at various levels of production. This department then performs tests using specified accepted testing methods. These are routinely conducted within the premises to facilitate the customer and improve/monitor product quality regularly. The perfection of our work has captured the sharp eyes of discerning clients in the public and private sector, including some of the top multinational construction firms. To produce high quality steel according to the required specification, we at Pak Steel are equipped with both chemical and physical laboratories at our facilities.
