2 Fibreform G is a revolutionary lightweight Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC) product for external facades. With a diverse range of colours and finishes it allows you to re-create the traditional GRC aesthetic with a simple and fast method of installation which befits both your creative vision and construction programme. Lightweight Fibreform G is a fraction of the weight of normal 100mm GRC facades and so reduces production, shipping, and construction costs, at the same time allowing greater affordability, installation versatility and real value when compared to traditional GRC products. Fibreform G is manufactured to exacting tolerances and can be installed quickly, economically and in a format whereby the panels are demountable. 90-degree angles supplied as pre-formed units are used in corner applications that conceal the true thickness of the panel. The overall result is a façade installation that simulates traditional 40mm, 75mm or 100mm thick products. Moreover Fibreform G can and has been supplied as pre-formed Cills, Jambs, Copings, Feature Fins etc offering the complete design flexibility. Fibreform G is ideal for sectors such as Hotels/Offices/Schools/Universities/Leisure Centres/ Student Accommodation/Retail/Residential. Installation: one of our highly trained teams of approved installers will install your system ensuring a high quality installation, finished to an impeccable standard. Features and Benefits: Tested by Technology Centre Vinci UK Ltd. to CWCT guidelines to standard Building Envelopes: 2005; Passed BS: 476 Part 6 Class 0: Part 7 Class 1 zero spread; In general GRC has a 50 year life expectancy; Bending strength 7-11N/mm/mm 2 ; Tensile Strength N/mm 2 (MOR); Grade 18 GRC; Waterproofed; Bespoke colours available out with the standard range; Panel weight 15mm thick; Standard panel dimensions Heights can be variable from 150mm to 600mm in 2mm increments; Lengths can be variable from 400mm to 2400mm in 2mm increments in 2mm increments (non standard sizes available); Semi-sealed and de-mountable fixing system; Preformed 90-degree units for Corners, Cills, Jambs, Copings, Feature Fins etc; The manufacturing bowing tolerance is expressed by Length/240; To comply strictly with GRCA recommendations four samples should be submitted to indicate the maximum permissible shade variations that should be allowed when on the wall; Extremely cost effective and easy to install.
