Abstract. This paper studied the underground subway station planning depend on BIM technology. The existing 3D buildings information was processed by computer technology. Using the information and planning based on constraints on the space station, the simulation of the actual situation in 3D view way constantly, adjust planning position, compare each project calculation cost, obtain the optimal line position. We can carry cooperative design plan the subway station by the restrictive conditions and achieve the optimal line layout. BIM technology Introduction BIM is a Building Information Model, a combination of all of the geometry Model Information, functional requirements and component performance, will be a construction project throughout the life cycle with information including the construction schedule, construction, maintenance and management of the process of information [1]. The simulation with the real information of building digital information integration of all kinds of information related to project data model is a detail expression of relevant information about the project. Building information model is a direct application of digital technology in architectural project, but it is also a kind of application to the design, construction, management of the digital method. This method supports the construction project integrated management environment, can significantly improve efficiency and reduce risk in the process of its life[2,3]. BIM is using digital technology to the process of the construction project design, construction, operation and its process results is an information rich multi-dimensional project model - named the BIM model. Different cooperated parties use different software to solve their problems to complete the project construction and operation method of work is a production line, with information creation, management and share The purpose of BIM is to make the information on this production line coherence, error elimination, increased efficiency in advance. Through the analysis of the BIM overall solution in traffic planning, project cost control, data sharing on the application of multiple directions, successfully overcome people and traffic with pedestrian safety problems that may arise, collaborative underground space, and with the perfect blend of the whole region. BIM application in underground engineering Domestic well-known experts and scholars in the field of underground space make "ideas and technology leading the urban underground space in the future the development" as the theme, put forward the concept and technology direction of the development and utilization of urban underground space[4]. Though the construction of urban underground space in China has made rapid development, there are larger gap between our cities and the development and utilization of historic, economic strength of the city in the developed countries. Therefore, urban underground space development and utilization in our country is facing the huge opportunity and challenge situation, need to lead the future development of urban underground space in China with advanced ideas and technology. According to different area can adhere to the principle of focus, in view of the underground space of rail transit around development can adopt flexible planning. Second, in terms of technology research and application, study ways to establish urban underground space building integrated design methods and standards. Strengthen the urban underground construction comprehensive disaster prevention technology research. System of urban underground space construction standards, perfect the relevant standard specification. Internal environment protection technology measures were put forward. Strengthen research and development of urban underground construction management information platform based on BIM technology. To strengthen all kinds of construction technology research and popularize advanced technology. Using BIM technology in civil engineering, construction and management of underground space, realize the underground engineering design, plan approval, construction, daily management full cycle of information, intellectualization. It is important to promote construction of underground space development and utilization, and management level, and it is the modern city construction management direction. The characteristics of underground space: the poor geological conditions, surrounding environment complex, shallow buried structure, the stability of surrounding rock. Urban underground engineering construction lags behind the urban construction, especially the urban subway projects are often built under the buildings in highly concentrated area, and through a variety of the vicinity of the pipeline under the road in the city. Construction often causes ground deformation and surface subsidence. The inherent deformation and settlement of neighbor buildings and facilities damage cannot be ignored. Urban underground pipe network facilities, street, parking and other structures with influence each other, restrict each other, it may create many special problems in design and construction technology. BIM technology can provide better solutions [5] on the collision coordination management with other buildings and pipelines, quantity control, performance analysis, and design efficiency. Subway station planning and BIM Technology Underground station layout, especially under the environment of existing structures should follow certain principles [6]. Station hall layer partition should be arranged clear, management room and equipment room should meet the technological requirements of each system. Determine platform type based on alignments and transfer requirements. Station entrances should be set on the road outside red line or surrounding the city square, and consider the transfer and connection with other traffic. The station layout needs to analyze the influencing factors, and determines the boundary conditions. The surrounding environment; Building demolition and pipeline moving conditions; The construction method; Traffic source; The conditions of the comprehensive development. After determining the limiting conditions and influence factors, plan the location of the space station. Station surrounding by existing facilities such as shopping malls, residential, roads, parks, power pipe trench, fire pipeline, rain water pipe, water pipe, gas pipe, communications net, heat pipe network, need to be considered in space layout, whether the construction is convenient, and save on economy. Collaborative design is very important in the design of underground station. Collision detection is the key to the collaborative design, including hard collisions and soft collision. Hard collision is direct contact. Soft collision is two entity's distance within limits. In this case, BIM technology combined with related 3D software can efficiently deal with this kind of problem. Calculated the corresponding project cost: earth quantity, demolition costs etc.

3 1176 Advances in Civil and Industrial Engineering IV Station planning process as follows: Through the existing conditions of information processing, extraction size, location and other specific information and data from pipes, facilities, buildings, etc., save to the database. On drawing software AutoCAD and REVIT for secondary development, stereo display all information. According to the principle, design specification and input constraints, design program for the station planning. If do not conform to the requirements, repeat last step, to achieve the optimal design scheme. Case analysis FaTou station of one metro line no.7 is taken as an example to analyze application of BIM technology. The metro line is near to parks, schools, community (Fig. 1). Follow is the case of FaTou station planning analysis. The station has JinFa stance on the east side road and vertical FaTou road intersection. The road traffic flow is not big. Fig. 2 Section of pipe, road and station Present situation of underground pipeline: pipeline lays under the road, near the rain water, telecommunications, electricity, water pipes, etc. FaTou south road under rain sewage, electricity pipeline,(fig 2).

4 Applied Mechanics and Materials Vols Analysis Line main control points: One is residential buildings located on FaTou south road on the west road corner. Another is along the south road of FaTou buried two parallel power channel. FaTou station is located in influence scope of the power channel. Because power trench has many ground manholes, the left hand lane and Fatou line station at the top of the heat pipe can not be achieved through the ditch. If pass from the bottom, then the requirements of the line as a whole buried deeper and the part of heat pipe near Fatou local station needs to be moved. To solve above problems focus on the line flat position, Fatou station's selection need to be optimize and to choose. 1. Set the corner radius of the curve R350m, line and station are located beneath the power trench, the left side of the center line distance to residential 10.5m, requires diversion of large power line, entrances lift height is large, poor conditions 2. Move the Fatou South line southward 5m, subway line and FaTou station deviate power pipe trench. FaTou station stands below the part position in the south planning green space, add a set of R1200m curve. The center of the left line distance to apartment can be adjusted to 21m. Due to adjust line to the power line south, the line needs to pass two times through power trench. After adjusting for the underground station, two layers of island platform station along the west. Station has three channels, three entrances, and two sets of four wind pavilion, northwest three entrances in FaTou south road. Construction of open-cut method is simple, is easy to carry out. 3. Move FaTou south route northwest 20m, the line and FaTou station deviate power line range, reduce the construction's change and impact on the pipeline. But due to the line moving north, FaTou station is within the scope of residential land, and the circular curve radius is adjusted to R300m, adjust center line of left subway line distance to house boundary to 8m. The station is close to the north of FaTou south road red line. Construction of open-cut method is simple, is easy to carry out. After several adjustments and comprehensive evaluation, get the optimal solution. Summary Through the analysis of the underground station, using BIM technology, combining with computer automated processing, convenient man-machine interaction, collaborative design with the original facilities and building, choose the right station and line and put forward the optimal solution. In urban rail line planning, using BIM in the whole line network planning, automation line network planning, adjustment, it will improve efficiency and save cost. References [1] Li Xiao.
