For the growing prosperity of the hotel industry,to improve the efficiency of hotel housing management, the paper adopts J2EE platform combine with JBPM workflow technology as a workflow development tools,using the SQL Server 2008 as database to develop hotel housing management system with friendly interface,completely functions and good security.the application of the system reduces the use cost of room management of hotel, improving the room management efficiency of the hotel. Introduction With China's accession to the world trade organization, hotel service industry with the international market has become represent the general trend, In order to meet this challenge, The hotels must improve the whole competition ability, reform the hotel management to enhance the overall competitiveness, improve the level of management, development of the hotel industry should take the way of informationization construction. Dongguan as a city of international manufacturing industry, development of the hotel industry is being on the upgrade, the increasingly fierce competition between peers, A successful hotel not only depend on the operator's good business philosophy, but also to improve the service level and quality, so as to enhance the guest room occupancy rate and return rate, but also have good efficiency and control costs. In the rapid development of computer technology and communication technology era, the hotels should have a perfect management information system, so as to improve the efficiency of guest's room management. This paper adopts J2EE platform combine with JBPM workflow technology as a workflow development tools,using the SQL Server 2008 as database to develop hotel housing management system with friendly interface,completely functions and good security.the application of the system reduces the use cost of room management of hotel, improving the room management efficiency of the hotel. 1. The system requirement analysis The manufacturing city of Dongguan as the forefront of reform and opening up city have achieved development in the economic, cultural, science and technology and other fields, the hotel industry as a major industry of Dongguan economy are also increasingly prosperous, many problems also appeared in the development process, the hotel industry as a service industry must be timely, accurate, and thoughtful service to customers, but the hotel amount grow day after day, the traditional manual bookkeeping method is no longer applicable to data management of hotel rooms, the development of computer technology and communication technology promote the fast development of software industry, the management information system has a very important position in the informatization construction in different industries. In order to solve the existing problems of lower manual management efficiency of the hotel rooms management and the management cost higher, this paper adopts J2EE platform combine with JBPM workflow technology as a workflow development tools to develop hotel housing management system The general goal of this system is to provide fast, efficient service for users, reduces tedious and errors in manual processing, the system can timely and accurately reflect the working and operating conditions of the hotel guest room management, so as to improve service quality of the hotel, and gain better economic benefits. 2 Applied Mechanics and Materials Vols (One) the system can improve the speed of the hotel front desk staff for the guest, check out and the accounts, realize full-automatic management about consumption of the guests in the hotel guest room; (Two) the system can accurately record room consumption records by guest; (Three) the system can real-time, fast, accurate to provide dynamic of hotel guest room; (Four) the system can be convenience to query consumption of guests; (Five) The whole system is proceed from the angle of according with easy and simple to handly, the interface is friendly, practical and safe, have finished the whole course to the information management of hotel housing management system. 2. System Design and Implementation 2.1 The system function design The system includes four modules of basic information management, front desk management, query statistics and system maintenance. The basic information management includes function module such as the guest room information and employee information; front desk management includes three function module such as room reservation, check-in and check-out; Query statistics includes five function module such as room query, real state query, booking query, commodation query and checking out query; Maintenance of the system includes three function modules of system initialization, operator management and database backup. The system function module is shown in fig. 1: 2.2 Database design Fig. 1 Function module of hotel room system In view of the actual demand of hotel rooms, based on in-depth research to determine the data process of hotel room management system,the data flow of hotel room management system as shown in fig. 2:

4 Applied Mechanics and Materials Vols The realization of system functions Based on the system function design, follow the principle of friendly interface, simple, unified style, the man-machine interface of the system are designed and implemented by J2EE platform. The system uses JAVA as development language, J2EE as development platform, combined with JSP technology and DAO development mode. Background database management system using SQL Server 2008, using the Tomcat6.0 application server. The user interface is implemented using JSP technology. JSP technology uses Java programming language like XML Tags and Scriptlets, to encapsulate the processing logic from dynamic Webpage. 3. Conclusion The hotel room management system has been put into use in a small hotel of Dongguan, an the system is running well. This system can not only greatly improve speed and accuracy on business operation of the hotel management, improve the work efficiency, but also greatly reduce waiting time of the guest checkout,, and improve the quality of service to the guest. The hotel guest room management system save a lot of manpower and material resources, improve hotel service quality, reduce the loopholes in management, improve the overall economic benefits of the hotel.
