Now in addition to our tried-and-true pebble finish, OXP doors come in smooth color finish and smooth optical woodgrain finish. The FRP face sheets are scratch, impact, shatter, tear, splinter and graffiti resistant. The door core is filled with rigid urethane foam, and its perimeter incorporates stainless steel edge caps for corrosion resistance, strength and rigidity. Doors can be prepped for most standard builder s hardware, and are backed with a limited ten-year warranty. The light weight construction and rugged sustainability combines with a beautiful architectural finish for a product that is both practical and aesthetically pleasing. The light weight construction, 4.9 lb/sq ft, and rugged sustainability combines with a beautiful architectural finish for a product that is both practical and aesthetically pleasing. The door panel is filled with 10 lb/cu ft insulating, rigid urethane foam. Door incorporates 14 gauge, #4 finish type 304 (316 or 316L available) stainless steel vertical and horizontal edge caps for corrosion resistance, strength and rigidity. When equipped with internal ballistic armor, the armor will provide non-ricochet, bullet-resistant protection with ratings in accordance with UL 752 levels 1 thru 8 and NIJ levels I thru III. Door can be prepped for most standard builder s hardware and for electrical hardware to meet increased security needs. Standard opening sizes up to 4 x 8 for a single door and 8 x 8 for a pair. This door system was endurance tested in accordance with ANSI A for 1,000,000 cycles. All doors are backed by a limited ten (10) year warranty. Fire-Rated Door Construction Overly has successfully tested its OXP fire Door series to both UL 10B (neutral pressure) and UL 10C/UBC 7-2 (positive pressure) test standards. Construction includes a fire-resistant mineral core with Tectonite stile and rail edgeband. Hourly ratings are up to 1-1/2 hours. Sizes include Single 4' X 8' and Double 8' x 8' pairs with each leaf not to exceed 4' x 8'. The printed gravure process creates exceptional image integrity, protected by a tough Sani-Coat sealer. OXP FRP optical woodgrain finishes resist impact, stains, bacteria, mold, mildew and cracking. Finishes wipe clean easily with standard cleaning solutions and meet USDA/FSIS requirements.

5 FRAME OPTIONS Carbon, Galvannealed and Stainless Steel Hollow Metal Frames The OXP door series can be provided with hollow metal type metal frames fabricated from factory prime painted No. [14] gauge carbon or A60 Galvannealed steel or #4 finish type 304, 316 or 316L stainless steel. Frames can be provided with a number of different frame anchorages to accommodate your specific wall constructions. All metal frame preparations include factory mortising, drilling and tapping for template hardware and internal reinforcements for all surface mounted hardware. FIBERGLASS REINFORCED PLASTIC (FRP) FRAMES All Overly fiberglass frames are constructed with heavy walled fiberglass pultrusion profiles with bonded fiberglass reinforcements for hardware where required. The standard frame profile provided is a 5-3/4" double rabbeted, 2" face comparable with common hollow metal frame shapes. Frames are provided standard with a mitered corner, and are provided knocked down for field assembly. A proprietary no exposed fastener system is used to attach frame jambs to the frame header. A choice of anchors are available for bolt in, grouted or bonded installation into various wall constructions. Optional chemically welded frame corners and throats, expanded and compressed jamb depths, mullion profiles, 4" headers along with various other frame options are available. UL Fire Ratings on most of the Tiger Door frame profiles are also available. Tiger Door offers a limited lifetime warranty on all frame products and bonded connections.
