1 Properties: Wear-resistant broadcasting flake coating with outstanding levelling properties f non-slip surfaces in outdo areas. Typical applications: Balcony coating on mineral substrates. Structure: 1. Primer Plastiflo Flexible intermediate layer Plastiflo 332/Z 3. Broadcasting layer Plastiflo 332/V 4. Sealer Plastiflo 526 Problem: Both on balcony plates with mineral substrate (concrete and screed) and on ceramic coatings, there usually is a residual moisture of >5%. In this case we recommend the application of an interlayer equalizing layer, e.g. Schlüter -DITRA-DRAIN pri to the installation of the Plastiflo balcony coating. 1. Primer: Plastiflo 112 The unfilled primer is applied with a roller f larger surfaces in connection with a rubber squeegee. It is to be made sure that an even, closed film develops on the substrate (if necessary by re-priming on pous substrate). The substrate must be pe-closed. The primed surface must be slightly broadcast befe curing and in der to ameliate intermediate adhesion with quartz sand 0.3 to 0.8 mm 0.6 to 1.2 mm (1.10 lb/m² maximum). ~ 1.32 lb/m² Plastiflo 112, each layer 3-4% hardener 50W (depending on temperature) On slightly damp substrates: add 5 Vol.% Additive 113! Mixing time: 1 minute minimum Mixing fmula: 1.06 gal Plastiflo 112 (0.05 gal Additive 113) 0.03 gal hardener 50 W Slopes: , Recommendation add-on: Paint brush (by Multitool) F the installation of an interlayer an equalizing layer if the subsequent installation of a slope is required, we recommend using a synthetic resin mtar system of Plastiflo 510 and mtar mix C2. (Processing hints see datasheet PF 510). Mind that minimum 1.5% downgrade are necessary f ensuring the water s drain into an intake! /5

2 Mind the guidelines of DIN to evenness even if a slope is being laid. Coves: As per DIN 18195, seals must be at least 15 cm above the waterconducting layer. This means that the execution of a cove <15 cm has to be agreed separately with the contracting body. The flo coating must not be directly attached to the wall! Therefe we recommend installing a two-piece profile system made from a V4A-profile and an AL-angle (the profiles can be dered from us) Construction of the cove is effected on substrate that has been primed with Plastiflo 112 and befe the membrane is being installed. The metal profiles also need to be primed. Use Plastiflo metal primer f this purpose (see product data sheet). F constructing a cove, use Plastiflo 540/H cove paste, mixing ratio ~ 1:3 with colour quartz sand, coarse grain mm mtar mix B2. At first take the cove paste out of the well mixed iginal bundle and put into a mixing pail and mix with ~ Vol.% hardener powder 50 W (1 minute). Then add the colour quartz mixture until a paste-like mixture has developed that no longer slips off and can be processed with the spatula. This mass is being filled into the primed profile system by using a cove trowel. Also check our processing videos on that you can find by entering the keywd Plastiflo. Mixing fmula: ~ 2.2 lb/m, cove with height 5 cm 0.53 gal Plastiflo 540/H cove paste gal hardener powder 50W 1.58 gal colour quartz mix mm (by Multitool) Hint: F simplifying planing the cove, up to 5 Vol.% glass beads 0.5 mm may be added to the mixture. 2. Flexible intermediate layer: Plastiflo 332/Z The flexible intermediate layer Plastiflo 332/Z is laid on in a thickness of 2.0 to 4.0 mm with blade, smoothing trowel notched trowel and broadcast on the full surface with quartz sand 0.6 to 1.2 mm befe curing /5

Broadcasting is being effected shtly befe curing of the intermediate layer. After applying and dispersing the mix with a notched trowel, the intermediate layer must be de-aerated with a spike roller (by Multitool) befe broadcasting. 3. Broadcasting Layer: Plastiflo 332/V At first, the self levelling broadcasting layer Plastiflo 332/V is being produced on site by adding up to 45 PBW quartz sand mm after the hardener has been added (depending on temperature). Then the coating mass is evenly dispersed with blade, smoothing trowel notched trowel and de-aerated with a spike roller. The still uncured coating compound is being broadcast with quartz sand mm, quartz sand mm colour quartz sand mixture until full saturation has been achieved. Optionally the top layer can also be dered accding to RAL colour chart. We recommend broadcasting the coloured top coat on the full surface with colour flakes (colour as per colour chart C1 C 12) in der to achieve the required slip-resistance of the surface Verbrauch: 6.6 lb/m² minimum Plastiflo 332/V + Quartz sand mm (45 PBW) ~ lb/m² quartz sand decative filler optionally broadcasting with colour flakes ~ 0.55 lb/m². 4 Broadcasting sand: mm, ~ lb/m² colour flakes (C1 C 12) ~ lb/m² 4. Sealing: Plastiflo 526 We recommend to always apply to layers of sealer Plastiflo 526. Plastiflo 526 is available as clear pigmented sealer. When broadcasting the Plastiflo 332/V wearing surface with natural quartz sand, the sealer is generally coloured. When broadcasting colour quartz sand, the sealer is generally transparent. Befe applying the sealer, the excess quartz sand must be removed with a vacuum cleaner. The sealer resin is being applied by rolling crosswise with a sht-haired sealer roller. Avoid puddles! ~ 0.66 lb/m² Plastiflo 526, each layer Mixing fmula: 1.06 gal Plastiflo gal hardener powder 50 W The second sealing is also effected with Plastiflo 526. Plastiflo 526 is available as clear pigmented sealer. ~ 0.88 lb/m² Plastiflo 526 Mixing fmula: 1.06 gal Plastiflo gal hardener powder 50 W 0.03 gal hardener/m, if a mat surface is required. Härter/M must only be used f the second sealer layer! , Recommendation add-on: paint brush (by Multitool) Joints: Joints are generally only to be jointed permanently elastic with PU-joint sealer.
