5 ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN, ENGINEERING and PROJECT MANAGEMENT Architectural Design The research of the architectural style of the structure is pursued by proposing different design solutions according to the client's needs and remarks. The study of various architectural solutions is carried out through the use of solid modeling and 3D Rendering software tools, which allow the production of photorealistic images and 3D animations of the project ensuring the highest quality and rapidity during the development and implementation. Structural Design and Engineering The architectural design is constantly accompanied by the structural one, which is performed through the use of specific Finite Element software "F.E.M.", for the optimization of the structural weights and the costs of the works, while maintaining high levels of security and stability of the structure, according to current regulations on construction. The engineering of the project for the production in the workshop and the assembly on site, is performed through a special 3D B.I.M. software, obtaining quick results and the highest quality and precision for the emission of the production executive drawings, BOM for the orders of materials and the various assembly diagrams for the installation. Project Management All Project phases are followed with the greatest care, from the first draft to the final installation. Timing, Logistics, Organization of the Building Site and the available Resources, are managed with the utmost care and expertise in order to optimize the QUALITY of the final result.

6 STEEL-WORKS PROJECTS' ENGINEERING FOR THE PRODUCTION AND THE INSTALLATION Design and executive drawings for steel structure works Always been the Core Business of OPBW the Design and Production of Metal Works is a field in which our Technical Department has developed a high level of Know How and quality. The OPBW is able to provide a complete Engineering Service for any type of Metal Carpentry, both for the production in the workshop and for the subsequent assembly operations in place, studying the best technical solutions for the implementation of the steel structures. Executive drawings for production and assembly Through the use of special three-dimensional B.I.M. software for the design of steel structures, we can deliver quickly and accurately all the technical executive drawings and documents needed for production: Quantitative bills of materials; Drawings and bills of cutting and drilling for profiles and plates, complete with the related "DXF" and "NC" files for the production with numerical control machinery; Drawings for the workshop assembly of profiles and plates; Drawings of the roof elements, curtain walls, flashings, window frames, with their relative bills for tha materials order; Drawings of the foundation works in reinforced concrete; Drawings for the mounting assembly of the steel structures and roof elements.

9 PHOTOVOLTAIC Design and Installation of Photovoltaic Plants The OPBW that always considers the ecological respect a responsible and spontaneous attitude in recent years has accumulated considerable experience in the renewable energy, particularly in the PHOTOVOLTAIC field. Research, innovation, advice and expertise of each member of our team has brought to OPBW a prominent position at national level. We were among the firsts Italian companies able to design and build photovoltaic plants: Ground Plants both Fixed and Solar Tracking, Roof Plants over industrial buildings and plants dedicated to Residential Buildings; Ground Plants Both Fixed And Solar Tracking; Roof Plants Both For Industrial And Domestic Buildings; "Stand Alone" Plants Photovoltaic Canopies For Parkings; Photovoltaic Street LED Lighting. Behind every photovoltaic system there is a careful and precise work, which begins with the accurate selection of components (PV modules and the Inverter, first of all), until the executive project of the plant, so as to size it perfectly on the basis of the customer s requirement (private, agricultural, industrial or public entity). The construction site management and the supply of steel substructures to support the PV modules is competence of OPBW, including coordination with its network of electrical contractors and licensed professionals for the installation and the commissioning of the entire photovoltaic system. We built and installed more than 100 MW of photovoltaic plants in Italy, in Europe and in Central America.

10 Design and Installation of Photovoltaic Street LED Lighting The direct application of renewable technologies has led to the development of street lighting poles completely "STAND ALONE". Powered by solar and wind energy, which is accumulated during daylight hours in specific batteries and then used during the night for lighting. The heart of the system is a special electronic control unit that manages the lighting of the LED lamp at sunset and its shutdown at sunrise, as well as recharging the battery. Besides the possibility of REMOTE CONTROL of the operation and the implementation of additional enhanced features such as video surveillance, traffic monitoring, speakers, alarms, etc.. ADVANTAGES: Zero costs for excavation, cable ducts and cables for connection to the electricity grid; It can be installed in any location, as it does not requires an electrical network; Zero electricity expenses; Recovery and recycling of old poles and underground cable; Zero maintenance of the electrical lines and Zero black-out problems; A slight maintenance and low cost of installation; Maximum safety from electric shock High economic return and zero CO2 emissions.
