Philosophy of Pacs 8 Maintaining clean water distribution Waste water disinfectioning DRINKING WATER TREATMENT WASTE WATER TREATMENT Raw water treatment + disinfection Odour control in sewage lines

Pacs 8 System Possibilities in Community Water Systems 1. Raw water treatment 4. Improving of waste water treatment Odor control treatment Disinfection Odor removal Breaking of organic material Improvement of nitrification B i f i Disinfectioning of effluent Removal of bio bofilms Swelling sludge problems Sludge handling Heavy metal removal 2. Piping i and water reservoir Boosting of aeration cleaning 3. Alternative for chlorine chemicals Disinfectioning chemicals Industrial needs

Electricity Pacs 8 system Pacs 8 system Pacs 8 system Water treatment plant 1. Electricity 2. Community and industries 3. Ground water Pacs 8 system Pacs 8 system 4. Electricity it 5. Electricity Lake and river water Waste water treatment Property of PAC Solution Oy

Odor Removal Odor removal Unpleasant odorsform typically fromsulfur compounds andlack ofoxygen oxygen corrosion of pipes Pacs 8 system removes odors All odors can t be removed but the ones that can t be removed, can be changed Treatment point at WWTP: Beginning of the process Provides technically also the basis for treating the swelling sludge problem

Swelling Sludge problems Swelling Sludge Formes when filamentous bacteria is caught in the flocs preventing particulate settling Forms when conditions are ideal: low oxygen or low nutrient level, flow is close to the maximum capasity of settling tanks Pacs 8 system removes swelling sludge (a patented method) Shock treatment has an effect on the return sludge raise of redox for a time period With Pacs 8 you have the ability to controll the swelling problem when it occurs. Don t have to be used when the problem is not present. If Pacs8 odor removal is constantly used, it in some cases may already prevent the swelling sludge problem

Swelling Sludge problems Swelling Sludge problem caused by filaments First sings of treatment Bended and Cut Filaments

Disinfectioning Disinfectioning for Waste Water Energy savings compared to UV Environmentally safe compared to chlorine Permanent disinfectioning, Test results show that 21 52% of viruses and 1% of bacteria reproduce their DNA and wake up after UV Treatment point at WWTP: Effluent water Pacs 8 systems keeps the environment clean, rivers, lakes, exc. Disinfectioning makes it possible to use the effluent water for watering the fields andplants

Why Pacs 8 system Should Be Used It kills the pathogenes by destroying its DNA and heritage totally PACS 8 system destroys even the toughest pathogenes fromwaste and drinkingwater
