2 The Mount Meru Group headquarters is located in Tanzania. It is one of the largest business groups in Northern Tanzania, known for its progressive outlook and professional approach. Established in 1978, the group has grown from a small trading enterprise to a leading player in Northern Tanzania in Petroleum Products, Edible Oil, Logistics and Animal Feed. Currently we have progressed to 55 filling stations in East and Central Africa. 7 Mount Meru Petroleum first started its operation in Arusha - Tanzania. Now we have 20 filling stations across Tanzania, 30 in Zambia and other 10 in Malawi and Rwanda
8 Meru Gas The latest product launched by Mount Meru Petroleum Tz. We launched Meru Gas (LPG) in July 2015 in Tanzania for the local consumers. We have our own bottling plant in Arusha and very soon we would also construct another bottling plant at Zambia. Meru Gas (LPG)
9 Mount Meru Group s latest entrant is Malawi where we are currently operating 5 Gas stations and plan to expand soon in the mere future. Our Recent Entrant - Malawi
10 Mount Meru Millers started its operations into Zambia early 2011 and commenced operations in At Zambia we produce best refined Soya Oil and Animal Feed with best protein content. Zambia factory recently also started operations into Cotton Oil. Currently we are in a pipeline to start processing Palm and Sunflower Oil as well. Mount Meru Millers-Zambia
11 Mount Meru Millers Uganda was incorporated in the year We produce high quality refined Soya Bean Oil in Uganda since then. We are now planning to also start refining sunflower, palm and Cotton Oil soon. Mount Meru Millers-Uganda
12 One of the biggest factory that we have in Tanzania operates from Singida. It has the most advanced machinery and Automated processes for Sunflower and Cotton seeds. Singida Factory also has latest Seeds storage SILOS which helps us in better seed/ Stock capacities allowing us to buy maximum yield from the farmers. Mount Meru Millers-Singida(Tz)
13 We started our Kahama Rice factory early 2015 which is producing best quality rice currently supplied in Tanzania. Mount Meru Millers-Kahama(Tz)
14 Mount Meru Millers recently took over a company in Tanzania ( Bunda Oils ) and have started manufacturing Sunflower Edible oil earlier in 2014.We have our own expellers operating at this factory which services to Tanzania. Mount Meru Millers-Bunda (Tz)
15 Njiro, Arusha: At this location we have a solvent extraction plant, refinery and packaging unit. The plant has recently undergone substantial transformation with the installation of automated & modern machinery to improve productivity and quality Crude oil received from other plants is refined and quality edible oil is produced. At this location we also have the expertise and machinery to extract oil from cake. Mbauda, Arusha: At this location we have an Expeller oil Mill. This is used for crushing seed and obtaining crude oil. Crude oil/cake procured at this location is sent to the Njiro unit for further processing. Igunga, Tanzania At this location we have our cotton Ginnery. We started the cotton operations in the year 2014 and have the latest Delinting machinery supplied by Turkey. We have plans to invest more into Cotton operations in the coming years Mount Meru Millers-Tanzania

Mount Meru Soyco Limited a PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP (PPP) business Venture project is a Novel; State of the Art manufacturing facility scheduled to be set up In Kayonza District of Rwanda. The said Project is to the tune of US$ 15 Million; for edible Oil and Animal feeds Business in Kayonza District, Mukarange sector. Mount Meru Soyco-Rwanda
17 Mount Meru Soyco was incorporated in the year 2012 and commenced operations to produce Soya edible oil and Animal Feed (D.o.c) in the Kayonza district. Mount Meru Soyco-Rwanda

19 We at Mount Meru are proud to announce our most recent expansion in Malawi. ( 2014 ) We have already started putting up an edible Oil Factory as well as Petroleum Operations in Malawi. Mount Meru Petroleum Rwanda, now operates from 5 filling stations and looking forward to grow more by end of this year. We are currently operating about 30 stations in Zambia and planning to build more stations in the year 2015 and Mt Meru Millers in Zambia is of the largest investments and is considered as one of the largest manufacturing company with the largest and latest Seed Storage facilities ( Silos ) Expansion
20 We at Mount Meru truly believe in sharing our profits through various CSR interventions such as ; Feed the Child Program started 2 years back when Mount Meru Group took proactive measures to boost education and better attendance in the Govt. Schools at Tanzania, Uganda and other locations. Mount Meru Group is Proud to feed more than 2000 Students so far between Tanzania and Uganda. Avinash Scholarship Fund: Free Scholarship programs for employees and children who can not afford higher education. Provide books for free issue in schools Offer support to churches Supporting the Education system by donating curriculum text books, computers and other study materials to Govt. schools. 21 Mount Meru Millers constructed a 1 x 3 classroom block at Katuba Basic School located in the same area as its plant. The classroom block, constructed at a cost of K250,000, was handed over to the school on 20th January 2013 at a ceremony attended by then Katuba Member of Parliament Dr. Patrick Chikusu. CSR

23 All our factories operate in an Eco Friendly Model to ensure that the Environment is not disturbed. Boiler All our Boilers are operated by husk instead of Diesel and heavy furnace Oil which prevents from polluting the Environment ETP Effluent Water Treatment Plant enables us to recycle the used water and further can be re-used in the factory Plantation of Trees We believe in clean Environment hence we strongly promote plantation inside and in the surroundings of our factories across the Group. Disposal of the waste water is handled by a special team to ensure that it is disposed in a proper manner without creating any damage to the fertile lands/ water etc. Environment Friendly Operations
24 Farmers have been the most helpful an important people in running of our operations. Hence to reward them for their support, we give them the best price while purchasing seeds. We make fixed contracts with fixed prices with them so that their produce has been purchased from Mt Meru on a promissory agreement. We train the farmers on how they can produce best of the seeds and give them advises and equipment which they can utilize for producing best of the seeds which is high in protein. The demand created for seeds from Mount Meru Group has enormously changed and improved the standard of Living of more than 89,000 farmers across East Africa. Adding Value to the Farmers

26 ACER INFRASTRUCTURE LTD MECHANICAL AND CIVIL ENGINEERING CONTRACTORS BACKGROUND ACER INFRASTRUCTURE LTD was registered on the 17 th June 2009 with the company registration number in Lusaka Zambia. Its operation started in the same year. The company is specialized in mechanical and civil engineering construction. Acer Infrastructure Limited has over the years designed and constructed a multi- million dollars cooking oil plant for Mount Meru Millers 24km northern of Lusaka Zambia, 30 filling stations for Mount Meru petroleum around Zambia and a fuel depot in the Chinika Area in Lusaka. We have also built a filing station for Petrotech Systems in Chibombo and an office block at the new Head office for DK enterprises a soft drink company. The clients being serviced range from private organization to government Institutions. In 2010, Acer manufactured and supplied Zambia Air Force re-fueling bowers for the aircrafts. We are currently constructing a seven floor building in Roma Park and filling stations in Tunduma and Namwala. Acer Infrastructure Back ground
