1 Adaptation to climate change through sustainable management of water of the urban area in Radom City LIFERADOMKLIMA-PL - LIFE14 CCA/PL/ PROJECT LOCATION: City of Radom, Poland BUDGET INFO: Total amount: % EC Co-funding: 56,84 DURATION: Start 16/07/ End: 31/12/2020 PROJECT S IMPLEMENTORS: Coordinating Beneficiary: Associated Beneficiary(ies): Municipal Water Works of Radom, FPP ENVIRO, University of Lodz

2 Overall objective: To increase climate resilience of Radom City by building demonstrative green-blue infrastructure for managing extreme rainwater flows and control flood risks Objective 1: Development and implementation of demonstration green-blue infrastructure to control extreme flows (and floods risks) in Radom through concerted actions at two levels: Level 1 Level 2 Outside waters Inner-city waters Objective 3: To mainstream climate adaptation into city planning & to improve knowledge for informed decision-making at local level Objective 4: Awareness rising and capacity building on climate adaptation through rainwater management Objective 5: Experience exchange on climate adaptation through rainwater management Objective 2 (cross-cutting): To integrate and enhance biological diversity in all project actions Climate resilience related project results Transferability project results 20/07/17, Msida, Malta /
