1 Flueing Options and Rinnai Flue Kits Available Rinnai have developed two flueing kits to make installation of Rinnai Infinity XR26i/XR26ia and HD200i Internal units as easy as possible. Use the kit options (more economical than purchasing individual components) as a starting point and customise by ordering additional components as required. The exception will be for an application that starts horizontally and ends vertically or vice versa. This installation is defined as combination vertical/horizontal flueing and will require flueing components to be purchased separately. Basic Methods of Installation Direct Flueing For installations where the Rinnai Infinity is mounted directly on the inside of an external wall and where the flue centreline is less than 761mm/665mm from the outside face of a suitable external wall. Flue Kit Available: FFKITF Horizontal Extension Flueing The same as Direct Flueing but additional pipe is required due to the longer horizontal distance. Flue Kit Available: FFKITF + Vertical Straight Flueing For installations where the Rinnai Infinity needs to be flued vertically through the roof. Flue Kit Available: FFKITVERT + (as required) Combination Vertical/ Horizontal Flueing Is a combination of all the above and will require flueing components to be ordered separately.

2 General Guidelines for Flueing Internal Units Total flue length Flue dip switch Installations can consist of both horizontal and vertical runs to a maximum length of 9 metres, incorporating a maximum of three 90 bends.
