2 Chimmed Highlights Chimmed Ltd. (since 1991) is the Russian leading company, which supplies local customers with a wide range of chemicals and laboratory equipment. We are a distributor for the Russian market of many international companies such as Sigma-Aldrich GmbH, Merck KGaA, Fisher Scientific, BASF SE, Entegris, etc. We provide our customers with any products from around the world they may need in chemical laboratory or at their factory. In 1997 a company was established in Germany to provide an efficient management of inquiries and orders with creating a warehouse in Europe. We have 3 offices in Moscow, 4 offices in other cities. There are more then 400 employees, including 6 Doctors of Science, more then 10 Ph.D., more than 50 young specialists.

9 Reagents and solvents The department of chemical reagents of Chimmed sells chemicals, solvents, reagents, standards, test-kits, liquid crystals.

10 Biochemistry and Biotechnology Department of Biochemistry and Biotechnology of Chimmed sells reagents, laboratory plastic and life science materials for biochemical researches - test-kits, antibodies, antibiotics, antimycotics, mediums, everything for cell and tissue culture.

11 Laboratory equipment All kind of laboratory and technology equipment, laboratory glass and plastic, furniture are on sale by Chimmed Labware Department.

12 The analytical equipment and chromatography Department of Chromatography and Analytical Equipment of Chimmed sells all kind of goods for HPLC, LC, mass-spectrometry, MRI, NMR.

13 Microelectronics Microelectronics Department sells chemicals and equipment for microelectronic industry.

14 Service department Service department is engaged in repair and commissioning of laboratory equipment throughout Russia.

15 Service department Service department specialists are certified for maintenance of refrigeration equipment.

16 Designing and construction of laboratories The company Chimmed performs designing and construction of various types of laboratories since The Engineering Department comprises 30 specialists. We prepare all the engineering design documentation according to the Government Resolution No 87 dated «On the structure of sections of design documentation and requirements to their contents (as amended on )».

17 Designing and construction of laboratories The Construction Department of company Chimmed offers the customers a comprehensive approach for construction and maintenance of laboratories of first, second and third hazard classes, starting from selection or making a project till completing laboratories with equipment and furniture as per the Customer's order. Construction department of Chimmed contains 25 professionals, who have a great experience in the construction industry.

18 Designing and construction of laboratories We successfully carried out and launched highprofile projects, particularly, the following laboratories of the third biosafety level BSL-3: Tverskaya RVL, Krasnodarskaya RVL, Rostovskiy RC. At present, the construction of the Belgorodskaya RVL has been completed. Now our company is constructing Tverskaya and Krasnodarskaya RVL (the readiness of which is 90%), the laboratory complex for monitoring the quality of medicines in Yaroslavl (the readiness is 20%). All laboratory projects got the favourable opinion of RF State Expert Evaluation Department.

19 Designing for the environment and radiating security Chimmed has its own developments in the technologies of electrochemical separation of soil decontamination. Module of electrochemical cleaning of soil (pollution extraction module) Composition of the separation and chemical soil treatment plant: 1. Large fragments disintegration module down to 2 mm soil grain size. 2. Ground preparation module. 3. Pollution separation module. 4. Filter cake dehydration module. 5. Pollution extraction module. The plant allows extracting up to 95% of the pollution from the ground.

Module separation of the desired product. 4. Filter cake dehydration module. 5. Module of electrochemical extraction of the desired product. The plant allows extracting up to 95% of the pollution from the ground.

25 Delivery of Temperature Sensitive Chemicals Chimmed has about 30 automobiles, 5 (20-tones) trucks (3 of them with refrigerators). 3 refrigerator trucks: Vehicle capacity 21 ton; Two chambers with an opportunity of installation various temperature modes.

26 Delivery time Delivery from Germany to Moscow warehouse by tracks 7 days. Availability to arrange daily, weekly, monthly storage of materials according to warehouse area and temperature control demands.
