3 На основу захтева UNFCCC Упутства за извештавање и расположивих података припремљен је инвентар GHG: Базна година Анализом под утврђен недостатак и неконзист. података за највећи број година у овом периоду Израчунате су укупне и подсекторске емисије у секторима: Енергетике, Индустријски процеси, Пољопривреда, Промене намене земљишта и шумарства, и Отпад Октобар ЕЛЕКТРАНЕ

Годишњи извештаји ЈП ЕПС и појединих гранских привредних удружења, као и јавно доступне студије. Кључним енергетским субјектима кроз процес припреме инвентара упућени су упитници за достављање недостајућих података.
