Commercial building owners and managers can turn to BC Hydro for Power Smart tips and practices, programs and tools, and the e.catalog, an online catalog of energy-efficient products available at Most of MP Lighting products are on the BC Hydro e.catalog of energy-efficient products, which are eligible for financial incentives through the Product Incentive Program. >Rebate eligibility To be eligible for the Product Incentive Program, you must be: a BC Hydro business customer or a BC Hydro residential strata applying for a project in its common areas.* Your project must: meet the minimum criteria of $50 total financial incentives per application. only use approved products identified on the BC Hydro e.catalog. be installed by qualified installers. Review your facility and make a list of current and eligible technologies. Consult BC Hydro s lists of eligible retrofits and products before purchasing. 2. Purchase and install products. Follow BC Hydro s Installation Standards. Products can be installed by: - Power Smart Alliance members. - Qualified in-house staff internal staff can complete screw-in applications however a certified staff electrician with a permit is required for all hardwired projects. - Your preferred contractor if your contractor is not a Power Smart Alliance member, he or she must complete and submit the application form for approval before you purchase the product. 3. Complete installation and online application within 120 days of invoice date and mail all invoices and permits to: Product Incentive Program BC Hydro Power Smart Suite 900, 4555 Kingsway Burnaby, BC V5H 4T8 4. Receive incentive it will be mailed once your paperwork has been processed. * Common areas of a residential strata are areas billed on the strata s BC Hydro accounts, not areas billed to individual suites or units.
