2 November Night supervisor Northland Production Testing Introduced to shift crew leader / supervisor on nightshift operations, this included overlooking flow back / well test personnel on my shift as well with equipment function and repair. Reporting of Field measurements both gas and liquid hourly rates, including Forwarding 12hrs prepared reports to Oil Company. By fax and . 6:30am everyday. I was introduced to under balanced drilling pkgs at northland as well. Worked with a diverse amount of flow line ( 10, 6, 3k ) and separator pkgs, both high pressure and low pressure. Worked in Northwest territories Canada, most winters, northern BC included. (HP gas / condensate wells ) January Canadian Sub Surface I got recruited to accommodate the start up of this company, I stay on as a supervisor, I would take brand new separator pkgs and prepare them for field work, out of manufacturing shops, I would then work them as a field supervisor / team leader on jobs for various oil companies to get the bugs out of them. On top of daily flow back duty s, crew management and direction. Daily Well reports to oil company as well. I maintain this for 0-8 well test / flow back pkgs I began to sub contract to various well test / flow back companies ( slowed my self down to part time ), until I got recruited by Kevin Lyons To aid and accommodate Lyons Production Services LTD ( flow back / well test company ) Senior Lyons Production Ran all 0-10 well test pkgs, Low pressure 285, 500, 740psi x 20m3 portable frac separators. Both outfitting, function test, well reporting, crew management and direction, repairs ordering parts. Client relations. Mananged and maintained a 4.5yrs relationship at Canadian Natural Resources Ltd. Most worked on HP gas / condensate wells, we would perforate them, frac them, flow back fluid recovery, then well test them. I did a majority of my flow back in North eastern British Columbia, and North West Territories ( Yukon ). My last Lyons I spent 300 days in the field and successfully turned in 300 days of 4man crew daily invoices that averaged $4000cnd/day. That spring I resigned to take a break from well testing and flow back. The Gas wells on initial flow back, would have hrly fluid rates up to 70m3/hr and gas rate averaging 60mmcf/d.

3 Well Operator September July 2009 tri star oil and gas Swan hills I was hired on and sub contracted to willow consulting ltd and looked after and obtained daily readings on 16 basic flowing oil wells on production ( 3-4m3/d fluids & e3m3 gas each well ). It was in my daily duties to report volumes and ensure the wells were flowing. Daily reports of each well were sent to gas plant operator each day, no scada. Good trouble shooting experience with cyclone separators, 5mmbtu line heaters, chemical pumps volumes / SPM and catadyne heaters. I have surge flowed wells and opened many wells to pipe lines and have flared off gas. Extensive experience with well start up, H.P. cyclone seperators, back pressure valves, esd s, adjustable chokes, critical sour 5-10k gas wells, line heaters, and associated pneumatic controllers. Various volume flow rates from m3/hr & e3m3, doing extended hours of well test / fluid recovery and flow back. Also gained knowledge of circ pumps and circ string successfully opened up my company called Formation production Services Ltd. I worked for / sub contracted to 2 oil companies called - Milestone exploration and Paramount resources Employed 2-16 employees, managed 4 flow back pkgs with crews. Maintained client relations and sales. Overlooked invoicing and job cost expenses. Worked directly with accounting and business account contacts, ie: insurance, bank, accountant, lawyers. Etc etc. sold equipment November Had a side company called fierce Completions which was a down hole tools company, primarily packers in cased hole applications. I just got my partner to buy me out. I maintained a treasure status at that company. Over 20years well testing experience, Frac recovery, coil tubing, wire line, swab and well production testing. ( Drilling, Completions, Workovers and Production ) Education Graduated High school 1993 Professional Production Services Ltd Grande Prairie AB, sold assets in summer of Owner / Vice President / Treasurer Feirce Completion Corp.(down hole tools) Grande Prairie, AB, sold my 50% shares in company to remaining President - Brendt Rau.
