8 Identifying a Path Forward System Evaluation and Project Need Identification Engineering, Operations, Financial, and Legal Analysis of the Timmonsville PWS & POTW Operation under receivership would not be feasible Insufficient resources and limited funding avenues Conveyance to the City of Florence would be the only viable solution Potential savings through operational economies of scale Protect the existing City water and sewer customer base Must be desired by Town of Timmonsville citizens Additional grant and low interest loans must be secured Consolidation alternatives evaluated for Engineering and Operational considerations 8
