3 Provided service The company provides information and technical and technological support (ITTS) in drilling of directional and horizontal wells with the use of MWD system «Target» with electronical link, and MWD systems with hydraulic link from foreign manufacturers, including: Calculation and inclination control of profiles, directional, horizontal and sidetracking Calculation and analysis of stress and torques in rotary mode Calculation of the axial WoB and hydraulic losses in the drilling fluid circulation system using the software package "Engineering calculations of well construction. 3

4 Type of equipment Company is the developer and manufacturer of the directional drilling complex (DDC) Target with electromagnetic communication link. The following equipment non-mag drill collar of 108mm, 120mm, 152mm and 178mm diameter what allows a wide range of equipment usage possibilities. In 2013 PDT (Pulse Directional Technologies, Canada) MWD with hydraulic communication link has been purchased for drilling horizontal wells. In 2014 SureShot (APS Technology Inc., USA) MWD has been purchased. 4

5 TARGET MWD system description Electrical separator is made of non-mag steel (AMAGNIT 3890, Germany) and is designed for electrical isolation of upper and bottom part of drill piper and bringing signal to the formations. Turbine generator is made of improved corrosion resistant covering with double hydro protection. 500 hours of turnaround time reached. Electronic, inclination and gamma modules are manufactured using reliable and reputable sensors (Applied Physics Systems, Inc, USA) Period until first technical inspection hours Next periods of technical inspections 500 hours Guarantee storage period in the manufacturing package Guarantee lifespan 6 months 18 months 5

8 Configuration of PDT MWD system Pulsator is retractable. Due to power saving technology the lifespan of the battery is improved up to 400 hours. Does not affect the mudflow rate and pressure allowing drilling with high colmatant concentration up to kg/m3 Electronic module is using the modern software with noise filtering. Module design allows adding up gamma ray log and vibration sensors Data received by on ground system being interpreted by userfriendly interface. Data is then being processed on a personal computer and can be transferred to the driller s cabin

10 APS MWD system description Rotor pulsator is one of the most reliable within industry. Pulsator can stand high colmanat concentration and operate within wide range of drill mud and drilling parameters. Inclination block include quartz accelerometers and triple axed magnetometer protected by unique system of vibration isolation. Ground system include signal detection block and depth sensor. Resistivity wave measure device is dedicated for well logging while drilling and well logging after drilling on all types of wells. Device could be used for geological navigation, wells correlation, tracking the formation pressure and depth of the casing landing.

12 Software solution The software product "Engineering calculations well construction" is the leading app in the industry for planning / designing directional & horizontal wells, management, measurements, graphs and analysis of wellbore intersection. This soft provides drilling engineers full complex of tools for planning, design and modeling downhole operations. This integrated technology allows to perform engineering evaluation of BHA, predict different loads in drill string, to analyze the stuck drill pipe location and cementing process, calculate hydraulic parameters and scenarios of well blowout.

13 APS MWD system description The company develops Near Bit module which is Target sub. Middle of 2017 launch of Resistivity meter. We're in process of implement our MWD "Target" system with hydraulic link that will significantly increase the scope of the Target tool

14 Achievements directional wells were drilled and 4 horizontal directional wells were drilled and 69 horizontal directional wells were drilled and 30 horizontal Region of work: Tatarstan republic, Komi republic, Bashkortostan republic, Udmurt republic, Samara, Saratovsk and Arkhangelsk regions.
