3 The Company NET Neue Energie Technik GmbH NET has been working in the field of planning, constructing, producing and servicing heat recovery systems for more than 20 years. 4 NET Finned Tube Heat Exchanger Thermojekt R and RB The NET Thermojekt "R" or "RB" is an efficient heat exchanger with a register that consists of 12.5 high finned tubes made of high-alloyed steel (1.4571/1.4404). Its range of use covers heat recovery from clean and slightly polluted hot air or flue gasses from oil and gas combustion as well as process air at up to 500 C. It can be adjusted for higher temperatures on request. This is necessary when after longer operation dirt accumulates on the surfaces of the heat exchanger. The casing remains firmly attached during cleaning. 5 Bypass Solution Materials: Finned tubes , Casing inside , Casing outside If no heat is needed for a while, the hot air/flue gasses can be directed past the register through the internal bypass. The bypass dampers in the heat exchanger are moved by a maintenance-free actuator outside the casing. These dampers are controlled with a thermostat or a regulator with a temperature sensor at the heat storage tank and the heat exchanger. For applications with extremely high temperatures we offer an alternative with an external bypass solution (see Accessories on page 16/17). In this case the entire hot air is directed past the heat exchanger "Thermojekt R". This completely prevents any vaporization of the carrier medium inside the registers due to residual heat transfer. It also prevents the transfer of heat from the bypass to the register. Bypass damper when open: Flue gas can flow through the heat exchanger. 8 NET Plate Heat Exchanger Thermojekt P und PB The NET-Thermojekt "P" and "PB" is a highly efficient heat exchanger with a copper-brazed plate register made from high-alloyed steel (1.4571). Its range of use lies in the area of heat recovery from clean and slightly polluted hot air or flue gasses from oil and gas combustions as well as process air of up to 500 C. The appliance has a very compact design and the registers are very easy to handle due to their light weight. The compact design of the heat exchanger allows for a maximum level of heat transfer in a very small space. 12 NET Vapour Condenser Thermojekt SK The NET Thermojekt "SK" is a very efficient heat exchanger with a register that consists of plain tubes made from high-alloyed steel (1.4404/1.4571). Its range of use comprises heat recovery from the heat of condensation of polluted humid air, for example baking fumes, or of extractor hoods with a high amount of floating particles. The register consists of plain tubes that are very easy to clean. 12
