1 12Ton capacity waste plastic pyrolysis plant details Pyrolysis Plant Details Working process Loading waste plastic is so different with loading waste tires. Loading tires 10 tons one time can fully inside the reactor. But loading waste plastic is continuous, as the plastic melt so fast, so 12tons totally need load 4-5 times. When we loading plastics into reactor, the reactor is rotate also. If the plastic is dry, then loading needs 7 hours, if the plastic is wet, then needs more hours to finish loading. Why? Because if the plastic is wet, when pyrolysis first the water become water vapor to come out then plastic begin to melt. That is why wet plastic need longer times. So at beginning the reactor plays like a dryer, first dries the plastic then pyrolysis. Hope u understand. After loading finish, if the plastic is dry, after 6-8 hours the plastic oil gas come out, this will last hours. That means after hours the oil gas ran out. During heating period, the oil gas temperature (there is a thermal couple to test the oil gas temperature) needs to control Celsius degree, which is the best temperature. But if lower temperature (lower than 270), the oil quality will be better, but it needs longer time (longer than hours). If temperature higher than 300, will be fast (shorter than hours), but oil quality not good than lower temperature. At same time, there are some gas (CH4, C2H6, C3H8, C4H10 and H2) cannot be cooled under normal pressure; they will be recycled back to combustion system to burn as energy. After the oil gas running out then 2 hours cooling we can discharge the carbon black.

3 Distillation Plant Working principle Use oil pump, pump the oil into reactor, then heating with a high temperature purify it get good quality oil. Here the oil color is still back, but quality is good. After that need remove the bad smell and black color, then could get final oil diesel oil. Distillation plant Color and smell removing system This system mainly use chemical to remove its bad smell and color. Different Process Oil Yield Rate Pyrolysis plant: as our experience usually 30%-40% crude oil, but it is differ from your raw material Distillation plant: 90% fuel oil from crude oil Color and smell removing system: this process mainly use chemical, will lost 3%-5%

4 After-sale service 1. Installation and Training: Our Company will send one technician for each set of machine for guiding you installation, debug the machine and training your workers. The installation period shall be around 40 days. You should pay for round-trip tickets, food and accommodation for our technician, and also at least 50USD/Day salary. 2. Warranty: The warranty period is 1 year, excluding spare parts. The problem caused by wrong operation of workers shall not be responsible by our company. 5 Safety devices Our machine equipped with anti-clogging device, pressure gages, alarming system, safety valves, negative pressure device (vacuum device), and oil-water separator. Usually our machine is working under normal or negative pressure. In case of congestion, cause pressure, alarming system will ring, if no response from workers, safety valve could release pressure automatically. Negative pressure device could make sure our machine working under negative pressure, more safety. Oil-water separator could avoid oil gas go back to reactor, cause explosion.
