Use of Recycled Reinforcing Steel Reuse of Concrete Form Work 5% of total wall area, saving 76,000 sf over single use. Equivalent of wood used in construction of 5 homes. Reuse of Reservoir Asphalt Liner 4000 cu yards. Equivalent of 24 road, 2 miles long. Stormwater Management First suburban project to incorporate Save the Rain principals Bio-retention basins/rain gardens Porous Pavement Sustainable Reservoir Restoration Reuse of spoils on site resulting in GHG reduction required for trucking. Use of native plant material in reservoir basin restoration Low maintenance for future GHG reduction
